The location of hotel is good. Only 5 mins walk to MAYA shopping mall and One Nimman. The room is big and spacious. Easy to get Grab from hotel. Breakfast is average can fulfill your morning hunger. Attitude of 1 service crew in the restaurant could be better when response to guests request and questions. Overall is a good choice for stay near Nimman street.

The location is close to MEYA department store and One Nimman but not recommend for walking. If you are traveling by car this place is very convenient then. The rooms are well designed as condominium style, separated between living room and bed rooms. Great value for money.

One of the good place to stay near Nimman and Maya shopping mall. It is near to walk to Chiangmai University. There is one temple is nearby hotel and which is walkable for a short distance. Hotel room is nice and staff are friendly.

It is a nice hotel .. the manager is so helpful β¦and it is very close to one Nimman shopping mall β¦of course ..I will recommend you to rent a car ..

I stayed there for 7 nights. I only requested staffs to clean up the room once, that maid just cleaned up the trashbins n put bottle water back. No cleaning at all. How bad

Reasonable with price. Bed is very good.
But minus 1 point for air condition is a lot of dust and Iβve to clean by myself.

One bedroom apartment is not so comfortable comparing with the normal deluxe type. There is not enough space to move around. The room is filled up with some unnecessary furnitures, which consume space of the room. This type of the room is also located in the older building which is next to main reception building.

Convenient location. Walking distance to Maya shopping mall, Nimman road and CMU. Decent choices of breakfast including Western, Thai, Northern Thai, and a bit of Chinese. The only draw back is the noise from the street, especially if your room is on the main building.
