Good Hotel, clean, cheap, good staff. But for breakfast not good enough, very simple for breakfast.

good service, clean and chill

Cute and neat - that's my 1st impression. Kinda like the way they arrange everything in the lobby, free water and snacks for everyone. Breakfast with pleasant options. Room is not so big but very clean and well designed. Love the shelves. Only one thing not satisfied with is the shower hard to mix water, sometimes ok at first then after 5 mins will be like too hot, need keep adjusting

Because the travel schedule was very busy, I forgot to take pictures. The hotel has a swimming pool and the room is clean and sanitary. Good reviews. The lady at the front desk helped me check in. She was very nice. She helped me contact the driver when I left the hotel to return home. She took me to the airport early in the morning and gave me a lot of help.

The hotel is not bad for the money, water, coffee and snowballs on the 1st floor are unlimited, which is nice. But there is no breakfast at all, especially for a European Cooled fried eggs look very unappetizing, but most of the time we had breakfast in other places

Plates, bowls, glasses, cleaned and handled everything by myself. not messy or dirty at all What you need is just a maid to wipe the table, counter, pick up and organize, but what you get is 0%. Why did you come in? Pick up the garbage and pull the bed tight, that's it, right? Just a paper coffee cup that drank the whole thing on the table. It was like that. There was no interest in clearing or wiping anything. Very disappointed. 10/10. Let's compliment the staff... the restaurant, everyone. Very service minded. Very cute. Thank you.

The room is quite big, and the decoration layout is good. The location is relatively remote, a little far from the city center. The hotel is close to the main road, so sometimes there is traffic noise.

The breakfast crew was outstanding! They kept asking us to prepare special dishes for us, just went the absolute extra mile. Kudos to them! Excellent customer service overall. We had an awesome expetience at Pause and Play and recommend it to everyone!
