Good location, nice price, can walk around, but room need to renovation.

The best price in Nimman area. Walked to Obe Nimman mall within 5 min.

The door makes loud noise when open and close, the balcony is not clean, and restroom has strange smell. But the room look good for this price

I love this hotel, every time when I visit Chiangmai, I will choose Vulcano because I love decoration, the room is so much clean with full of amenities. The service is excellent, if you need any help, you can call the staff immediately as well as the bar and restaurant downstairs are very wonderful atmosphere. The price is reasonable and valuable, I recommend this place for every who come to visit Chiangmai!!!!

Good location good services if youre plan for business trip this room is good choice for you

It's a so-so place to stay with not much interaction as we hardly saw the receptionist. The room is quite old without any renovation. The location is good as you can find many good nearby restaurants.

The room had a bad smell, the furniture were very old and overall not worth the price , paid around 2000 Baht . Could not find the remote and no information about the WiFi .

This is our 2nd times staying here. We checked in late at night. No one is at the front desk table but they leave the key for us on the table. Seems like we got the bigger room than the one we booked! Worth the money. I think it’s one of the cheapest hotel in this area.

大家千萬不要被曬圖的照片騙了！！！ 現實簡直比奔現還要慘！！！ 首先，下午4點到達酒店，前台沒人，喊了一圈才來人給我們辦理入住。 接着，辦理完入住坐電梯上樓，電梯和走道就像縣城招待所一樣，有點陰森森黑漆漆的。 然後，進了房間，地板和牆和“白”一點不沾邊！就跟40年前建的老房子，舊！臟！還有有裂痕！ 皮沙發也是那個臟！米色的皮發黃，您能想象嗎？ 但是沒辦法我得找個地方先坐下，結果剛坐下沒多久，有衹螞蟻爬我手上！！！！ 還有！床單和床套起毛球！！！翻開被子裏還有頭髮！！！我汗毛都豎起來！！ 陽台還有煙頭…！ 結果下樓反饋了這個問題，告訴我們説沒有別的房間可以換，取消此訂單的話他們決定不了。於是我聯繫攜程幫忙取消，攜程説需要前台同意免費取消才行。到前台溝通了一下，他拿着我們的鑰匙就上去檢查房間，問你們要退房是吧，OK了。結果接了個電話之後又不OK了....我真的。。！！！ 聽我的， 家人們真的！！！別去！！！！ 朋友們真的別去住了！！！
