Loved the friendly atmosphere during my stay. I don't even want to leave this place as the location and the price are perfect for people like me who don't want to miss a B&B that's truly worth it. *The room is clean and tidy. *There is no big lobby or front desk, but there is a small public room where you can read, work, and have self-service coffee, tea and toast. *You can sit and relax in the terrace sitting area.

Excellent location. Clean room. Nice staff. Lots of good food nearby. Highly recommend this place.

Prime location with all basic needs sorted! Thankful for the flexibility and kindness extended by owner Aun, after being away 1.9years in this amazing city. Room was big as is the bed, ample room to navigate things. Hangers and amenities available, although water pressure could be stronger in bathroom. Fridge is cold, housekeeping was good too Location was perfect in between all the roads you’d wanna go- market, shops 7-11 all easy under the freaking heat. I love how cute the place is and has its own vibe, miss the black and white cat whom greeted me upon arrival and every morning after! Thank you for everything

The location of hotel is perfect!!! It locates at the centre of the old district. The owner was so nice and helpful. Really had a nice experience living there

It’s a simple guest house at great location with basic facilities. Near to Sunday night market, 711, tour agents & Wat Cedi Luang. Aun is responsive to queries & very accommodating to our request. We have a fantastic stay at Sabuy. Will come back again.

Location is excellent, outside 1 min to 7 eleven, 1~ 3 minutes to market and sightseeing temples. Night market in Sunday

Everything was great!

The location is super great and the environment around the hotel is so great. Many shops n places of temple around within walking distance. The night time is so great where no noise on the area although few hotels beside.

Perfect location! In old town and near temples, restaurants, etc. I was able to walk to everywhere I wanted to go--tour meeting points, walking streets, etc. It's in the middle of a quiet side street. The owner is super nice. The bed was a bit hard but some may like that. Everything was clean. Amazing value for the money. So glad I stayed here!

Great stay, I even extended it! Proprietor is very kind and hospitable, gave me a map and overview of Chiang Mai. Free bananas, coffee and tea, toast and jam. Only issue was the shower never got past chilly.
