The hotel's location is great, with a 7-Eleven right across the street. Downstairs, there's a 24-hour supply of drinks and snacks, which is fantastic. I especially want to praise the breakfast; it had a good variety, was fresh and delicious, and the dining environment was generally small but lovely. The room was simple and practical, although I don't quite understand why there was only one bedside table. The bedsheets had some stains, but the front desk was excellent and immediately replaced them with new ones. The service is really good; you can store your luggage, and they'll even deliver it to your room in advance.

The room was clean and spacious. The staff were all young and attractive, and one of the ladies even spoke Chinese, which was a huge help with our transport issues. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the breakfast was incredibly abundant – the best Tom Yum soup, delicious freshly baked croissants, mango sticky rice, grilled skewers... and watermelon that tasted just like my childhood! The laundry service around the corner was also fantastic, and right across from the hotel, there were amazing night market stalls and a 7-Eleven. It's also close to the airport, and getting a Grab taxi was super convenient.

Clean and nice hotel. There's a 7-11 opposite, where few stalls selling food. Quick fix for simple and nice dinner. There's a toast bread shop as well which closes at 4am. Pretty nice. Quiet and peaceful at night. Breakfast is different everyday. Free bottled water and some delicious snacks on level 1. Even though my room is near to the lift, the noise cannot be heard. Room is comfortable. The only minus point for me is that if I need hot water, I will need to go downstairs for it. Overall, I enjoyed staying here.

Free unlimited drinks and snacks: This was a key factor for me, perfect for young people. Candies, biscuits, Coke, and instant noodles were all available. Facilities: Quite basic, with IKEA furniture. Hygiene: Given that it's Thailand, some ants are to be expected. Environment: The tables by the pool are very comfortable for relaxing or working. The small courtyard is very cool. Service: Breakfast was excellent. One staff member spoke Chinese and was very enthusiastic, recommending freshly made daily breakfasts like mango sticky rice and noodle soup.

I booked late, so the price was a bit high. The hotel itself isn't very big, and neither are the rooms. I stayed on the roadside, and it was indeed very noisy – felt like sleeping right next to the street, which I expected since I knew it would be loud. The hotel's strong suit is its service; there's a young lady who speaks Chinese, and everyone provides excellent service. It's about a 1km walk to JJ Market, or a 100 baht taxi ride.

Good location, near to Old Town and One Ninman, strategic location to book grab to JJ market as well! Got 24 hours free flow food bar (FOC) and good breakfast available.

The hotel's location is decent, tucked away on a small street inside the North Gate of the Old City. It's about a 15-minute walk to Tha Phae Gate, roughly one kilometer away. The decor features a stylish industrial minimalist design. Breakfast is indeed very generous, and the front desk offers unlimited snacks, Coke, milk, and juice – the milk, in particular, is delicious, so I recommend guests try it! The service is also excellent. The only drawback was that on our first night, there were a lot of ants on the bed, but the hotel quickly moved us to a different room. For the rest of our stay, we were careful not to eat anything in the room, especially sweets. In a tropical country like Thailand, insects are somewhat unavoidable, which we understood. Since it was Chiang Mai's cool season, we didn't plan on swimming, but if a hotel pool is important to you, this one is a bit small. Overall, for a location near the Old City, this hotel offers fantastic value for money. I highly recommend it!

The hotel's courtyard and pool are small but clean, perfect for fresh and pretty photos. You can even enjoy breakfast by the pool, and the quality is great. On the first floor, there are complimentary snacks, fruits, instant noodles, and coffee available all day. There's a 7-Eleven right across the street. To the left, there's a clay pot hot pot restaurant that's cheap, but the meat quality and taste are just average; you might want to try a better place. The hotel is conveniently located, just a 10-minute walk to the North Gate Night Market. The room isn't huge, but it's perfect for a temporary stopover, and there are many Chinese guests.

The hotel's location is pretty good, but the main drawback is that it's right on the street, making it very noisy, very noisy, very noisy. If you're a heavy sleeper, you might consider it; otherwise, you'll need to wear earplugs every night. The hotel breakfast is also decent, and they offer 24-hour unlimited fruits, drinks, and snacks. If the hotel could replace the windows with soundproof glass, it would be absolutely perfect. We stayed for three days and barely had any housekeeping.

Environment: The surroundings are lovely, and the hotel's location is very convenient. Service: The staff are incredibly attentive and service-oriented. For instance, when swimming in the evening, they would proactively bring fresh, warm towels right to your poolside seat. The towels were consistently clean and wonderfully warm!

I was very satisfied with my stay at this hotel. I arrived earlier than the official check-in time and expected to wait, but the staff prepared the room quickly and allowed me to check in early, which was very thoughtful and gave me time to rest before heading out. The room was simple but clean and comfortable, with a surprisingly spacious bathroom. The only minor downside was that the soundproofing could be improved. What I loved most was the daily breakfast provided by the hotel — the quality was outstanding and comparable to a good restaurant. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and I was truly satisfied with the experience.

The room was decent, but the bedding felt a bit old. We've stayed for three nights, and housekeeping hasn't automatically come; we weren't sure if we needed to request it. Breakfast, however, was outstanding – very generous and delicious, with different varieties offered every day. Front desk service was good overall, though we did have some communication challenges with one of the male staff members. Thankfully, a translation app (Doubao) came in handy. A special shout-out, however, to the young lady at the front desk who spoke Chinese; her help was much appreciated. The hotel offers complimentary drinks and snacks, and the kids really enjoyed the swimming pool. The overall cleanliness and environment of the hotel were excellent. Our triple room, unfortunately, faced the main road and was a bit noisy, and drying clothes wasn't very convenient.
