Hotel staff service was great and the rooms are clean . breakfast buffet spread is good with both western and thai choices.

Hotel is very new and rooms were large and clean. Food is of excellent quality and the breakfast spread is simply delightful! Best service from George at the Level Club floor. He is very knowledgeble and speaks well. He made our stay really enjoyable and his chirpy personality brightens us up daily.

Experience at this hotel was very nice. The front desk staff, especially Piano, were very helpful with any request. Helping to plan trips, covid testing, transportation or anything else we needed! The pool was peaceful, clean and well kept. Drinks were well made especially at the interior bar. Attention to detail all around was good. Only complaint was service at the hotel restaurant could be a little slow, even when not busy. Still mostly recommend eating at the places around Chiangmai, so this isn't an issue. Rooms themselves are modern style, clean and comfortable. No issues with noise despite being close to night life.

Stayed as a family with my 1yo baby and the hotel service made the trip so much more comfortable. Make sure not to miss the breakfast as the variety changes daily with a dose of Spanish dishes in the buffet line. A pity that the kids club n splash area wasn't open when i visited.

Location is perfect. It’s about 5 mins walk from the hotel to the Night Bazaar. The Facilities were very modern and sleek. I would definitely come back next time.
