It’s a good place to live, the hotel in the old city, and convenient to other resorts. It’s a beautiful hotel.

The hotel is small but very nice. I like how it looks, it's antique but not scary at all. Very classy one!
Pros
- Location is very convenience and don't have to go deep inside the street, not dangerous.
- Staff is very polite and helpful.
- Facility: Have every thing that 3.5 stars hotel should have. Actually better than what I expected.
- Able to ask staff to keep baggage till late.
- Big room!
Cons
- Check out time must be 11 AM and no late check out available so I have to rush packing my bag.
- The staff started to do cleaning around 9 AM. Since the floor is kinda wooden, when they pulled strollers, it made noise. If you are wish to wake up late, that will disrurb you a lot.

If you go to Chiang Mai this is a must stay hotel. I'm so in love with it.
The room is spacious, clean and comfy. Better than most of the hotels I've been to. Also Tha phae gate is close by so if you're going to the sunday walking street it's just a few steps away.
I must say it's kind of therapeutic since the room decor is like an ancient style. Just go there you'll not regret it.

Amazing Hotel, beautiful architecture, amazing staff. Spacious room and quality furnishings. Hotel surrounding area is also quite good, good eatery options and grocery stores as well. Highly Recommended:)

Great location near the gate to the old city. The room was comfortable with a large shady balcony. Staff were always helpful and friendly. Lots to see and many eating places in the vicinity.

The service, location and hotel cleanliness were perfect. The only issues were that we booked this hotel specifically because it had a balcony but we couldn’t smoke on it and the sound isolation is poor. Our neighbors had drinks and the sound in our room was very loud. Breakfast options were limited, but tasted good. Quiet place in the perfect location.
