Hotel Location Is very convenient and close to the town . Night market is just walking distance. We have great massage at the hotel spa. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is variety and delicious, served with hot and cold dishes, waffle and chorus , hash brown is very crunchy. Room is tidy and clean. Hotel is new. We have great time there . We will come back again.

A big spot in my sheet, I guess they have not cleaned or changed before my checkin. I arrive one hour earlier but they still arrange a room for me. The drain in bathroom is a nightmare. They charged me 1000 for late check out (5pm).

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely hotel for three nights, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and friendly staff who always greeted me with a smile. Despite its smaller size, this hotel offers a level of service that rivals that of larger establishments. One aspect that stood out to me was the exceptional housekeeping service. Every day, my room was transformed into a pristine and inviting space, much like the day I checked in. It was evident that the housekeeping team took great care in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised to find a complimentary minibar stocked with a selection of delicious local beers. It was a thoughtful touch that added to the overall experience. The breakfast at the hotel was also a highlight. Guests have the option to order from an a la carte menu, and the quality of the food was excellent. However, I did notice that the menu remained the same throughout my stay. While the options were delicious, it would have been nice to have a rotating menu for guests who stay longer than three days. This would provide a greater variety and prevent repetitive dining experiences. During my stay, I encountered a minor misunderstanding with the housekeeping staff. It was a small issue, but I believe that attention to detail is essential in providing a flawless guest experience. I hope that in the future, the hotel will pay closer attention to all the little details to ensure a consistently outstanding stay for all guests. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, and I would gladly return in the future. The exceptional service, immaculate rooms, and thoughtful amenities make it one of the best hotels I have had the pleasure of staying in. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a charming and memorable stay.

this was our second stay here. In the last stay, memorable environment with the big tree as it landmark. unfortunately, during this visit, the condition of the tree is not so good. also, the varieties of foods is limited in the breakfast, may be another area that can be improved.

Very happy with my stay at the hotel. Location is very good, breakfast fantastic and had very nice dinner buffet. The spa was really good the best massage I had in Chiang Mai. The view from the balcony in my room was great.

Actually it is my second time staying at this hotel. The rooms have good A/C, shower, bath products, like toothbrushing sets. Comfortable bed, and a decent breakfast with a variety of products/meals. There is kind of a ”moldy” smell from the carpets, but it did not bother me so much since I was traveling outside the hotel most of the time.

It was a great hotel with awesome buffet spread for breakfast. Location was fantastic, across roads were Maya mall and infront hotel was one Ninman. White market bazaar was nearby and good for late night shopping. We stayed for 3 nights, overall a great stay, swimming pool was under renovation, didn't manage to access it and it was a great pity but they offered alternatives. Housekeeping service could be better improvised as they didn't manage to replenish the bath lotion after 1st night.

A wonderful hotel in the heart of town! Super location right in the middle of the action with great bars, restaurants and of course cafes all within a short walk. My single bedroom was a LOT bigger than I expected and coming from Bangkok, the price was surprisingly nice too! A great place for families

The rooms are really beautiful and clean. We were showed to our room upon arrival and were welcomed with champagne and fruits in the room. Drinks in the fridge and snacks were complimentary and they had bathtub in the balcony. There may be bugs at night so do remember to close the balcony door. Public pool is small but nice, not much guests using it. The breakfast is so awesome with exquisite plating and good service, not to be missed. For afternoon tea, we only managed to try it on the first day as we were out the next few days. We were also gifted sandwiches when we were leaving, not to mention it was so nice. Will definitely visit again when I go Chiangmai.

We enjoyed this place although we didnt get to use any of the spa facilities owing to a limited time in Chiang Mai and too many things to see (elephants, Buddahs, temples, and bars etc). It is furnished in a ”traditional Thai” style so there is lots of heavy dark furniture in the room which do make them seem a little dark, but as the rooms open onto the pool there is more than enough light . The breakfast was ok (Not up to Shangri La standard) and the restaurant very nice. As seem to be the way in Thailand the staff were friendly, mostly helpful and almost always smiling.
