I'm back at this amazing Chiang Mai resort for the fourth time! When I'm in Chiang Mai, Anantara Resort is my number one pick for ”a place to stay”. No matter if I'm here on business or for fun, this place never disappoints. It's right on the Ping River. Rooms are spacious and well-appointed, and best of all, all rooms have amazing river views! Breakfast here is one of the best in town (in my opinion), and there's a variety of Western and Thai options. Their Lanna Omelet is so good. Try their signature Lanna omelet if you want a taste of fusion-style northern food. This is a great place to stay if you're looking for a weekend getaway or a delightful business trip in Chiang Mai. I would definitely stay here again if I'm in Chiang Mai next time. Stella job!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely hotel for three nights, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and friendly staff who always greeted me with a smile. Despite its smaller size, this hotel offers a level of service that rivals that of larger establishments. One aspect that stood out to me was the exceptional housekeeping service. Every day, my room was transformed into a pristine and inviting space, much like the day I checked in. It was evident that the housekeeping team took great care in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised to find a complimentary minibar stocked with a selection of delicious local beers. It was a thoughtful touch that added to the overall experience. The breakfast at the hotel was also a highlight. Guests have the option to order from an a la carte menu, and the quality of the food was excellent. However, I did notice that the menu remained the same throughout my stay. While the options were delicious, it would have been nice to have a rotating menu for guests who stay longer than three days. This would provide a greater variety and prevent repetitive dining experiences. During my stay, I encountered a minor misunderstanding with the housekeeping staff. It was a small issue, but I believe that attention to detail is essential in providing a flawless guest experience. I hope that in the future, the hotel will pay closer attention to all the little details to ensure a consistently outstanding stay for all guests. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, and I would gladly return in the future. This unique boutique hotel was lovely in terms of layout, style and elegance. We enjoyed the pool and the breakfast included was most adequate. The spa was extraordinarily great value for money, and I would highly recommend having a massage and facial, as it was truly a divine experience. The rooms were well appointed, and look just like the photos online. As it was very hot at the time of year we were there, the air con was greatly welcomed. The big minus for the hotel was the reception experience. On arrival there was general confusion about our booking, the ladies were in the backroom the whole time, and it was difficult to get input on what to do, or where to go. There just seemed constant confusion and a lack of energy at reception overall. There was a lack of local knowledge or guidance, and I expected some really great insights on local restaurants or adventures such as cooking schools etc, but it was not forthcoming. Just a minor thought, but the hotel clothing of the staff also missed a beat. Everyone was in tired looking grey polo shirts. A minor point, but for such a lovely hotel, I thought there could be something more fitting/traditional for the team to wear. Finally the old mercedes was a hoot. Loved being driven to the airport in it. Added to the adventure.

Hotel Location Is very convenient and close to the town . Night market is just walking distance. We have great massage at the hotel spa. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is variety and delicious, served with hot and cold dishes, waffle and chorus , hash brown is very crunchy. Room is tidy and clean. Hotel is new. We have great time there . We will come back again.

My husband and I stayed here for a few nights of our honeymoon and couldn’t have picked a better place in Chiang Mai. The thing that really makes this hotel magical is the friendly staff who took care of us and were always ready to help with anything. The property is spotless with gorgeous architecture, and beautiful wood carvings everywhere. Breakfast was delicious and filled us up for a day of site seeing. The old city was maybe a 5 minute Grab away and cost on average 70-90 Thai Bhat. Our room had great AC and a smart TV where we could log into Netflix. The staff even decorated the room with flower petals and towel swans which made our honeymoon perfect! We hope to return again on another trip and would recommend anyone to stay here to experience the best of Thai Hospitality.

Nach 3 Aufenthalte in den letzten 2 Jahren buchten wir dieses Hotel wieder für 3 Nächte über Agoda. Bei booking. com, wo wir sonst immer buchten war das Zimmer deitlich teurer und das Frühstück sollte extra kosten. War sonst immer im Preis enthalten. Bei Agoda alles inklusive. 3 Nächte gebucht und bezahlt. Schon bei der Ankunft fehlende Freundlichkeit des Empfang Mitarbeiters. Das Zimmer, wir wussten es liegt zur Straßenseite, unendlich laut. Geschätzte 1000 Autos und Mopeds Tag und Nacht. Na gut damit konnten wir mit Ohropax leben. Auch war das Hotel nicht mehr so sauber wie bei unseren letzten Aufenthalten. Alles wirkte schmuddelig und ungepflegt. Ob Pool, Außenbereich, Zimmer und speziell das Badezimmer--alles schmuddelig. Die absolute Frechheit war das Frühstück. Bisher haben wir es immer genossen. Es gab Baguette Brot, Joghurt, auf Wunsch frisches Omelett oder i Joghurt. Die Kaffeemaschine war noch da. Auf unsere Frage beim Service Miarbeiter(den wir erst von seinem Handy weglocken mussten) nach Milch für den Kaffee bekamen wir die grinsende Antwort ”Mei Mi” No have. Wir haben uns an der Rezension beschwert warum es weder Milch noch Milchpulver gibt und bekamen die lapidar Antwort.:Die Covidsituation wäre daran schuld. Covid geht nicht an Eier und W<rstchen die stundenlang offen im Warmhalte Schrank stehen, aber an Milch in Flaschen die uns der Service Mitarbeiter aus seinem Kühlschrank hätte abfüllen können. Daraufhin haben wir aus dem Hotel ausgecheckt und werden es auch nie mehr betreten. War ein teurer Spaß 3 Nächte bezahlt für nur eine Nacht ohne Frühstück.

A small, nice hotel with the size I like. Considering the location, it can't be helped that the road in front and the surrounding area are noisy at night. River view rooms are quieter than rooms along the road. The garden and breakfast area facing the river are also nice.

It was an amazing stay - 2 night's. Room very clean, air condition was great, the garden around was absolutely gorgeous! The owner super nice and always happy. We could leave our luggage after stay until the flight in the evening. Also great base to walk to chiang mai. 20 by walk to center and 15 min walk to street food, mcd,.. I recommend for all.

Staff are polite and nice, speak basic mandarin and English. Heater not working on the day we checkin. have to bear with the cold shower,the next morning back normal. Slipper not provided as been told happen to be out of stock. Requested for addition pillow which also not provided as been told there is no spared ones in their hotel. There is no door to the toilet but only a shower curtain which means when any of you using the toilet the rest in the room will hear the sounds clear enough and woke up. The room is not soundproof enough. can hear people talking outside and neighbours all the time. Cleanliness:Good Overall :an overpriced hotel

Spent 3 wonderful nights here as our base for a couple little day trips. The room was large and well appointed. The beds were firm, clean, and offered a good nights rest. The grounds are so nice and peaceful, a nice respite from a busy town. The pool was clean and clear and pretty large with plenty of lounge chairs. The restaurant/bar is adjacent to the pool so everything was very convenient. The service was excellent and the staff everywhere were super nice and helpful. One can’t ask for more from a hotel stay. On a couple side notes, just outside the property to the left as you exit there is a small tailor shop (Mr. Armani) and next door is a little clothing shop selling typical thai pants that you see pretty much everywhere. Jasmine, The niece of Mr. Armani works at the small shop and is also a travel guide. Her English is perfect and she would be a great choice for a guide. A short walk up the street that is perpendicular to the street the hotel is on is a fantastic night market area. (exit the hotel to the left, then make the first right walk maybe 100 meters). Lots to see and more stalls than you can count. We found a small bar and could order food (we had Indian) in and have a cocktail. See the picture for the name. All things considered Yaang Come is perfect and located very well, close to everything you need!
