Very good in every branch

The new room is very clean. The bathroom is also clean and odorless. There is a mini Big C in front of the hotel. It is close to the airport.

OK for a budget hotel. The bathroom is quite dim. The shower water pressure is low and not warm enough. The rest are good.

We had a great experience at this hotel. It's new and extremely clean. Free water is available anytime, and in the morning you can enjoy complimentary coffee and biscuits. The hotel offers access to both a swimming pool and gym. You can even wash and dry your clothes on-site. The staff is friendly and eager to help. The room is spacious with very comfortable beds. We found it quiet despite being right next to the street. Our only observation would be some small bugs in the bathroom, likely from the water or plumbing system. If we return to Chiang Rai, we'll definitely choose the same hotel again.

Clean and spacious rooms, staff were friendly and efficient, good price, breakfast was good. On the downside due to renovations new tiles are on the room floor. This resulted in noise from other rooms and corridors and people dragging chairs above. We also had a power cut at 4 am which resulted in us not being able to shower before leaving at 9:30am. We were refunded 200 baht for this inconvenience? However, the good outweighed the “ not so good” and maintenance problems can happen in any hotel. I would try this place again

Amenity kits (which cost money) should not be placed in the room because it may cause customers to misunderstand and think that it is a service of the hotel. (I saw Mama noodles still being sold at the counter. If it's not free, it should be sold or customers should be informed at the time of check-in. The value is not that much, but it's disappointing. Everything is almost good.)

Honestly for the price, nothing to say. Super clean, rather quiet, air conditioning that works. Oh yes, only downside, it is a little far from the city center but since I rented a scooter it did not bother me at all, quite the contrary, I was calm.
