Budget-friendly option located a short drive from the city and right next to the Blue Temple. Rooms are clean with basic amenities provided. A good choice for a short, affordable stay.

The accommodation was decent, and parking was good. We visited on a weekday, so it wasn't crowded. The only drawbacks were the small room and the fact that outside noise easily seeped in. The lady who looked after the property was very nice and friendly. The room itself looked clean, but the bathroom floor was extremely slippery – my son slipped twice and yelped.

It's near the super highway and easy to get to. The room was clean. The drain in the shower drained slowly, so there was standing water in the shower most of the night. The parking was not enough. The parking lot is small and difficult to access with more than a few cars. I was staying with friends and one of them wanted the AC on high, so I thought I'd just request another blanket as I get cold easily. The staff refused to give me one saying they didn't have any extra blankets. What hotel doesn't have extra blankets?? The staff was rude and unbending. I wasn't asking a lot and I asked nicely. The staff was horrible. I don't know how they've gotten such good ratings in the past. There was never anyone at the window. You have to ring the bell to get anyone to come, even though there's a sign that says that the front window (check-in counter) is open 8 AM to10 PM. We had to wait 5 minutes at check in before someone came. We had booked the hotel for 3 nights, but we left the 3rd night because it was so bad. I'll never go back.

Property was clean and location close to the Blue Temple (if you find that handy). However, the room wasn't kept well maintained, water leaks from the wash basin on the counter and to the floor, faucet got loosen, and it was dark (not enough lighting). Note also that there is not much to do in the immidiate vicinity (no restaurant, 7-11, etc.), so you will need a transport to eat, shop.

Great stay at Tonkok Hotel! The place is clean, quiet, and comfortable, and they clean the rooms every day. There is parking available which was very convenient. The only downside was the poor service at the front desk. Other than that, everything was great and I would still recommend it!

This was my first visit to Chiang Rai, and I stayed at Ton Kok Hotel. It was excellent and very affordable. Its fantastic central location puts it very close to both the market and shopping malls.

The owners were friendly and helpful, immediately assisting me in renting a scooter. The room was alright, though the single bed's mattress was rock hard. Unfortunately, we had some small ants in the room, but the hotel staff promptly took care of them. The bathroom also kept flooding at first due to a leak, which they also quickly addressed.

The room was spotless, and the service was excellent. The balcony was a great perk for drying laundry. It was also very airy and free of any unpleasant smells. This is already my third time staying here, and I've been consistently impressed!

We stayed for 3 nights. The hotel was excellent – very clean and quiet. Housekeeping did a fantastic job, cleaning our room every single day of our stay.

Good prices for those who gonna find a place to rest…. 2-3 minutes walk to blue temple…. Several breakfast restaurants choice besides temple…

Room was clean, there were coffee and bottled water as welcome drink. Kettle to use was very nice to make coffee or tea anytime. Staff was very attentive and accommodating. Our room had the view of the blue temple. In the morning could hear birds singing, which was very nice. Really liked the service area attached to the room which had a sink like in a kitchen, we could wash the cups and the fruits we got at the market. The downside was the internet connection which was insecure and very unstable inside the room, under the bathroom sink there was water dripping all the time so the bathroom trash can was being used as a bucket to keep the drip from wetting the floor. Also, there was stain on the bath towels. In spite of these downsides we had a nice staying
