This Hotel is great service I really appreciate for service by staff. Hotel staff have a service mind and ready to help everytimes. in facilities part I think hotel facilities is ok but hotel wifi is down sometimes. In food part This Hotel serve a good breakfast I really enjoy breakfast in Hotel and Lastly I like this hotel location Because is near airport is convenience for travel

Good value for money during the low season. The hotel is conveniently located near tourist attractions, local restaurants, and massage shops.

The accommodation is in a good location, clean, looks new, comfortable bed. There is not much parking space but you can park in a double row. In front, there is a Big C open 24 hours.

Our room for three was very large and very clean. Good, secure car park. The location is in a student area about 10 minutes drive to the north of Chiang Rai, you'd need your own transport to stay here. There is food and 7-11 nearby. The value for money was excellent, we stayed three nights. However on checkout we had a problem with reception claiming we had caused a depression in the cheap sofa in our room. It was like that when we checked in. This is a good value hotel, I would stay here again, but I recommend showing any problems with the room to reception immediately on check in. We've stayed in many B2s all over Thailand and this was the first time to have trouble at checkout. Eventually the reception staff accepted that the sofa was old and like that when we arrived.

This is one of the cleanest, well presented hotels I have stayed in here in Thailand. I have stayed in 10 hotels so far, and this by far is top of the tree. I'm not sure if there was WiFi available, but I was very happy with pretty much everything else. Top marks

Hotel is too dim. Not enough light everywhere. Location is still OK. Service mediocre. Room soundproofing not good.

New, clean hotel, just built in 1985, the location in the city, the mountain view, the restaurant on the eighth floor is very good. It is recommended to book directly with the hotel, the price is only 750 baht, including breakfast (mini breakfast type, bread, banana, milk, Mama Cup, porridge cup, coffee) Which booked through the app, the price is reduced and includes tax 890 baht, more expensive than booking directly with the hotel, and in November onwards, the price of 800 baht is still cheaper in this app.

I had a wonderful stay at Le Méridien Chiang Rai Resort. Everything from the service to the room and surroundings was excellent. The staff were friendly, the atmosphere was peaceful, and the facilities were well-maintained. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway.

The host provided very good service, reply very quickly, clean rooms, complete facilities. Very impressed

Room quality was average. What made it a 1 star was the bad sewerage water smell and especially the relentless mosquitoes. I had to kill over 20 of them but they kept coming and had bites throughout the night. The shower had a weird design where the entire floor would be flooded with water with a bathtub there but the hot water and pressure system was really good. TV channels don’t even work (along with Netflix). Internet was barely usable. Only good thing was the lobby design tbh
