Room is spacious, clean and well equipped with toiletries. Walking distance from Shouzhen temple when we asked for direction to Sacred Tree Station back to hotel. There is even shuttle bus from Zhushan station back to hotel but not FOC which we are not aware of. We’re pleased that we can have refund(not full amt) on train ticket and pay for the shuttle bus service.
Hotel price is on the high side. Would have stayed one more night to spend more time on forest trails.

新的旅店真的會比較希望有所期待，改進！設備當然沒話說，但是一進門真的蚊子太多了啦！狂打蚊子，我住了那麼多飯店，旅店（禾楓系列就住了三個不同地點以上了＞＜），第一次遇到這種情況，其實定期放個補蚊燈或消毒，真心覺得會改善很多.......建議員工教育或福利也是調整一下，或許會更好，新旅店真的沒有要求要五星級服務啦，希望未來逐步完善吧！加油！

Cars were mostly in bad condition, wrecked, engine too loud, too slow, easily overheat, ran out of battery multiple times.
Breakfast was not delicious honestly. But the bedroom was spacious, clean, and had big tub, though the pillows were too flat which caused neck pain the next morning.

The hostel itself has no lift, but there was a luggage lift. Simple and spacious ie able to open large luggage in the room.
However, the price was really high, almost one of the most expensive stay for the trip. Feel that the price should be lower.

魅魅力幻影Located next to the Wenhua night market, and provided all the amenities required for a normal traveller, and the check-in was smooth. The breakfast buffet provided variety of food to fuel up for the day, especially providing great options of vegetarian dishes.
Bath salt was also the highlight, giving a moment of relaxation.
However, the bath is quite small and only fits for 1 person (not even a tall one), so it was not easy for getting my partner to enjoy it together. And the wash basin looked heavily used like gonna be breaking very soon.

TTabby YipClean and decent room, well maintained with all amenities needed. A little bit walk from MRT station, bus stations are just few mins. walk from the hotel, taking bus is a good choice though. Breakfast is buffet style served 0900-1000, providing both western and Chinese cuisines, not very fancy one but good enough to fill your stomach. Ningxia night market is within 10-15mins. walking distance, Carrefour supermarket is right opposite the hotel.

Really nice to provide a little birthday gift of lotion, facial wash and conditioner for my mum. Loved their orange scent used in hand-wash.
Location was superb with many food options and convenience stores nearby plus walkable distance to WenHua Night Market.
Aircon was strong, bedding was comfortable and loved the hot tub!
Only negative was sometimes room cleaning wasn't done thoroughly as cups was unwashed and lift and lobby sometimes had an unpleasant smell. There was tea and snack available at lobby on the first day but never seen again on my four nights after.

HHui Wenfirstly the location is superb bcos it’s really just a short 5 min walk to chiayi train station. the breakfast spread is nice with variety. the room is super spacious as well. the downside is that the toilet seems not as clean or old-looking. the hotel looks run down overall, but no complaints for me as its a decent choice for a budget traveller like myself.

We got a free upgrade to a more larger room after we rated 5 stars in Google.
The upgraded room is very comfy and clean.
Toilet is clean, however it does not provide toilet roll but those thin tissue papers instead.
Our booking included breakfast which I personally feel is quite decent as there were quite alot options (ie. Cereal, porridge, noodles, toast, mantou bun, coffee etc).
The only downside is that the hotel is quite far from Chiayi train station (嘉義台鐵）, suggest to call a cab if you are with huge luggage.
Walking distance from Train station to Look hotel is around 16mins.

Only for night staying for next day Alishan trip here , it is still considered a good place to stay , but don’t know whether it is Saturday, the price is not cheap. Maybe not many hotels to choose in chiayi this kind of small place.

DDennis TanEverything is as expected. Room is clean and spacious. I booked a 2 single bed room. Staff was friendly even through we arrived at midnight. Maybe we came at a non-traveling season, we didn’t hear any sound or noise from the hallway. Breakfast is only available if u pay by cash at the hotel which we got. The breakfast itself is average or below average in my opinion as there aren’t much choices. You can always eat outside of the hotel ofc. The location is great as well. Considering it’s only 850 ntd for two person, I have no complaints. If you are just staying for one night before going to Alishan and wish to save some money, I would recommend this place.

PPengguna TetamuThe hostel has a good location near the train station and bus to Alishan. Breakfast is very basic but an option or street food and a 7-11 aren’t far away. Female dorm is incredibly small for a six bed. And next to no storage so your luggage and is literally everywhere in the room with the junk already in the room. En-suite bath is an option but it’s also small and the shower section is almost on top of the sink and toilet. AC is modest in the room but helps as the entire hostel is hot and humid all day and night. Beds are semi comfortable but have privacy curtains which were nice. WiFi is solid in the hostel as well. Despite the hot temps and painfully small rooms, I don’t feel like the hostel took much of any precautions around the COVID-19 virus. Hostel wasn’t really cleaned or disinfected, no real soap outside of the main kitchen sink, only one small bottle of sanitizer for people to spray their hands. And only one staff member wore masks. At every other hostel I’ve stayed at in Taiwan do significantly more to make guests feel comfortable during this challenging time. The hostel is a very good value but I wouldn’t recommend it or return. The lack of precautions with the virus and the cramped hot rooms with no storage are three strikes and you’re out for me

KKenix NganI recently stayed and had an exceptional experience. The hotel's location is ideal, situated in the heart of Night market, making it convenient to explore popular attractions, dining spots, etc.
The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. From the moment I arrived, they went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The check-in process was smooth, and they provided excellent recommendations for local activities.
The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with modern decor and a relaxing ambiance. My room was spacious, clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a comfortable bed and high-speed internet.
Overall, my stay is exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting here and looking for a blend of convenience, comfort, and excellent service.
