OMG where can i start... the room is good but the bed isn't comfortable it's so hard and the comforter is itchy and so small... it is very cold in the room and there's no electric cattle or coffee in the room.. there's no elevator but its ok, what's not ok is its so dirty so dusty is like no one is cleaning... there's smell in the room I don't know what it is. no water bottle to drink in the room... breakfast is bad and the server is polite always in a hurry... the only good is the location over all it's really ... i should trust every reviews i red because its true...

I knew the facilities were old, and it would have been bearable if it weren't for the smell in the room.

After reading horror stories on google reviews, as well as on this platform, I thought I had wasted my money. However, the opposite appeared to be true. The room was clean, including the bathroom (little to no signs of mold at all in my room). The room even came with a functioning sauna, which was a very nice way to relax after a long cold day. Front desk asked me if I wanted a wake-up call which I gladly accepted - and they actually did provide the call. Though, setting your own alarm is not that difficult either. Yes, the bed has a very hard mattress, but this is quite common for 2 to 3 star hotels in Asia. Yes, the water is only hot between certain times, but it's still warm enough after it. The only true downside I experienced is that you can indeed hear everything from the neighbors, but then again, you only have 1 neighbor. All-in-all, this place was well worth it given the scarcity of rooms/hotels in this area.

The hotel is located in the park, easy to walk around, many restaurants around. The room is OK for 3 people. It’s good.

Good location to reach the alishan station, clean and quiet place to stay

Simple hotel inside the national park, overall good enough for the overnight stay in the park. The facilities are a bit outdated, but the room and the hotel service are satisfactory. A bit expensive for the quality, but it's already among the cheapest in Alishan. They provide a voucher for breakfast that can be used in a nearby restaurant.

The facilities are a bit old, but you can tell they're well-maintained. It's a convenient hotel for catching the Alishan sunrise. The soundproofing isn't great; you can often hear conversations outside the door. The bed was comfortable though.

Smelled damp as soon as I walked in. Mould in the bathroom. Truly lives up to the terrible Alishan hotel reputation. Especially for the price.

This hotel is situated inside Alisan National Park. Is just a walking distance from the bus terminal n enter the fee paying park. Walk like 10 minutes on the left. There is the main area full of restaurants, visitor area booth n shuttle paying bus to several destinations. Lowest is 60 twd while the most expensive is 300 twd per way. Buying round trip is worth, less expensive. Regarding this hotel, the check in point is in the middle of the three joined hotels where all the hotels are located. Met a fellow Singaporean Mr Lim is so helpful during our stays. Free breakfast. This is the cheapest hotel rate in the park.

Perfect location. The room was not very heated. The shower is not that comfortable. Breakfast was good.

There's no elevator, and the stairs are very narrow, so carrying luggage up to the third floor was a huge effort. The heating only came on after 7 PM, and hot water was intermittent. WiFi was practically unusable in the room. This place claims to be a 3-star hotel online, but it's really more like a guesthouse at best.
