Ulasan Famy Inn Makuhari

It was a pleasure staying at the Famy hotel clean good breakfast and a very good reception staff specially Kozo who was friendly and very helpful highly recommended closed to Makuhari hongo st.. only 45 min from Tokyo ( suidobashi st. ) I stayed there 8 night straight got Onsen with sauna at the top and local Hal’s see food restaurant at the top if you lazy to go out to eat basic and good buisiness or if you want to have a cheaper solution and don’t mind a 45 min ride to Tokyo also easy to get to the airport one way with Kristi line so give good solution .

Nice hotel with free onsen

It’s an older motel with front of house staff that have been working in the hospitality industry for a while. I arrived before the check in time (3pm ~), I was checked in just before 3pm which I didn’t expect. Courteous, friendly staff. Breakfast was included in the 2 night stay - it was a simple Japanese meal that was easy sustenance - free servings of rice and soup. The staff made it a homely atmosphere with constant attention to guests asking them if they wanted more of what was available. Room 720 faced the busy Highway but also had a great view that included sky tree. I could open the large single pane window and thought it was a unique point. Cleaning staff were mainly foreign, all young and polite also. They knocked on doors to ask if rubbish needed removing and rooms cleaned. I didn’t get a chance to try the restaurant on 10F or the public bath and sauna - maybe next time. suggestions: (1) housekeeping: a quick dusting by cleaning staff (feather duster if not wet tissues) - the hotel is clean and even though it isn’t a 5 star hotel it makes a difference. The feather duster can easily reach corners of drawers and tables. Bathroom air filters can easily be cleaned with wet tissues. (2) room cards for cleaning- more specific than a don’t disturb card. it will save time for housekeepers as they knock on room doors to ask if rooms need to be cleaned. They can focus on cleaning and do a better job on a hotel that has been kept going for a while.

it is good in whole ~ the staff here is pretty~ the hotel location is convenient and the most important is that the hotel has shuttle bus to station and museum

The large communal bath was smaller than expected, and there were so many washing areas lined up that I gave up on using it. Other than that, it was neither good nor bad, but the shuttle to Makuhari Messe after check-out was very helpful. I'd like to stay here again.

Although the hotel looks a bit old, the rooms are clean and well-equipped. There are shuttle buses to Makuhari Messe and other places in the morning, which is very convenient. The breakfast is also quite rich. The restaurant staff is very enthusiastic. After knowing that I am a foreigner, they helped me get some natto and plums to recommend to me. Thank you very much😊

I used this hotel when I went to a summer festival. The large bath had a sauna, massage machines, and manga, so I was able to relax! I was able to relieve my fatigue very well. The shuttle bus was also very helpful. I would like to use this hotel again!

The room is a very standard suite with a great view from the window. The price is also very affordable.

The building is very old. It's close to the highway, so if you're sensitive to noise, you might not be able to sleep. There was only one outlet and no mirror on the desk, which was inconvenient. The lid of the trash can in the bathroom was dirty and I felt uncomfortable touching it. Breakfast was included, but everything was cold except for the rice and miso soup. The bread in the Western-style meal was cold and hard. My friend's room was apparently filled with cockroaches. It's within walking distance of the station and the staff were kind, though!

The facilities are old, but they are well-cleaned and have a clean feel, which is nice because it's an old hotel. There is a large public bath (with sauna) and the rooms also have baths, so it was nice to be able to use whichever you preferred. The location was also good, less than a 10-minute walk from the station and easy to find. If there's one thing to be concerned about, it's that there are love hotels nearby, so it didn't bother me as a solo traveller, but it might be awkward if you have children with you? Overall, it was a very satisfying stay.

The room service is good, but it is next to the highway and there are cars passing by in the middle of the night, which is very noisy

The facility is quite old. The equipment is old. I was confused because the toilet did not have a shower. The bath water was lukewarm. The shuttle bus was appreciated.

Although it felt old, it was clean and had everything we needed, so we were able to relax.

When I made my reservation, only smoking rooms were available, but when I checked in, they changed me to a non-smoking room. I guess that can't be helped considering the hotel's age. I think it was just a coincidence, but the washing area in the large public bath was full, so I had to wait for a while. The sauna was good. I was grateful that there was a shuttle bus to Makuhari Messe.
