Excellent choice of hotel near convention halls. Near to train station and amenities. Would have been perfect if there are coin washing machines and dryers

Adjacent to Makuhari Station and Makuhari Messe, guarantee high convenience. The staff are really kind.

My 5-night stay at Hotel Francs was very positive. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, offering a good night's sleep. The room size is standard for Japan, which was perfectly fine. The staff and housekeeping were excellent. The hotel's location is a major plus, being close to the train station and Mitsui Outlet, which has many restaurants and convenience stores. Getting here from the airport was also convenient via the limousine bus, which stops right in front of the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel.

A rush stay with minimum fuss. Set us well for an early flight to catch and return of rental car. Basic necessities are well provided and located near Mitsui outlet for some great food and last minute shopping. Really good adequate spaces in rooms.

Location and service are perfect!! Air conditioning is the best I ever in Japan. My personal advice is maybe more space for luggage will be excellent.

Hotel Francs is right next to outlet mall and close to jr station and exhibition center. It is a good hotel to stay if you are attending convention in Chiba. The room I got is small but typical of Japanese double Will stay again on my next trip there

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Francs during my trip to Japan. One of the most memorable aspects of my stay was the exceptional service provided by the staff at Hotel Francs. Despite my limited knowledge of the local language, they went above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. They were always available to assist me with anything I needed, and their kindness and hospitality truly made me feel at home. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Francs to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Japan. The staff, the room, and the location were all exceptional, and I cannot thank them enough for making my stay so memorable. Thanks to them, I was able to fully enjoy my trip to Japan, despite my inability to speak the local language.
