Great location! Near Michigan Avenue (great place to shop) and pristine nearby restaurants.

Wifi had some issue, without that everything was fine

Everything was perfect. Great view, checked me in early, comfy bed, great location, etc. Steve who works out front is especially lovely and helpful.

I was in this hotel for a conference so my need is quite minimal. Generally speaking the hotel is in a great location that is easily accessible. The room itself is fairly simple , I think for this price though the service should be a little better. My room has couple of occasion that the tea and coffee wasn’t top up after cleaning and soap as well. The bathtub is a bit stained but it is cleaned. Wifi - there were multiple times that it was a bit slow . If I have to rank based on the price as well I would say above average

Great location in the city centre. Clean and spacious room with an amazing view (34th floor). Free Wi-Fi in the lobby and in the room only if part of the loyalty program.

It was very clean and great location. There is a parking garage right across. Hotel was right in the middle of downtown

Very inconvenient that I still have to get the complimentary water from the front desk. Also, the $25 extra fee per day which is offset by food/drinks credit forces me to buy food from the hotel.

Location is quite good, close to a lot of tourist places in Chicago. Elevator was okay. Got fridge, no kettle.

They did not have free wifi available. There was also no ethernet port where you could plug in your portable router. Other than that, I can’t complain anything.

Great location, friendly staff. The scent of fresh flowers makes you feel like your in a resort. Lobby has lots of seating, great place to meet up. Can’t beat the price on Mag Mile

Awesome hotel, awesome view to the magnificent mile, will recommend for sure, walking distance to all the fancy area of Chicago and the river walk. Would stay there for ever. My room was 37th floor, great accommodation, amenities and quality of the room.
