I tried to give the Ambassador Hotel another chance. However, the hotel, staff and overall experience did not deliver. This is a very tired hotel that has many issues with it. I was there for three nights/four days. Every morning when I shaved & showered I did NOT have hot water. Warm at best. Controlling temperature in the room was awful. It was either too hot or too cold. The staff could have cared less about the issues. I asked twice to have the issues in the room fixed. But they would rather stand. Whine the front desk and talk amongst themselves. The snack counter/cabinet that was just off the lobby is gone. So there is no food/snacks available to the hotel guests until happy hour, which is egregious. The entire hotel experience at the Ambassador Hotel was awful.
