Good choice to stay overnight if transit from Chicago. The room is good with the space. Have free shuttle service to Chicago airport in the morning.

The decoration and furniture are quite outdated, but big room

Why did we have to pay for WiFi? It should be free! I wasn't aware that I had to pay a deposit.I also didn't like the fact that I had to pay for parking.And lastly,no-one told me that I had to use my keycard on the elevator to get to my floor.And also,I was given only one key.Any other motel- hotel I've been to I have always received 2 keys.And when will I receive my deposit.

If you need to be close to the Airport this hotel is perfect, very modern, good food, has a great pool and Gym, Starbucks and free shuttle bus to the airport. It's a fair bit away from the city but you can take the blue line all the way in to the city centre. It's a quiet area but a plenty of places to get food nearby. The only negative from my own perspective would be no free laundry room and the room cleaning seemed to be at completely random times. Other than that I'd happily use this hotel again when in Chicago.

The room was spacious, the food was surprisingly delicious, and the service was quite good. They cleaned our room on the first day, but even though we tipped them, they didn't clean it on the second day. We had to leave at 3 AM, so it wasn't a big problem. The only downside is that it's far from the city center, with no entertainment or supermarkets. It's very close to the airport; the blue line runs 24 hours a day, traversing the entire city, which is very convenient. Trains run every 20 minutes in the early morning. Although there are many homeless people on the train and the smell is unpleasant, as long as you don't bother them, you're generally safe.

I really couldn't get used to the hotel breakfast in the US. The room was very clean, but you have to turn off the air conditioning, otherwise it will suddenly turn on and keep you awake at night. The bathroom was nice and spacious, but that's about it...

The room is large and there is almost no airplane noise. The airport pick-up is at T2 CLL, which runs every 40 minutes (it is recommended that this be reflected in the hotel). It is a 5-minute walk from the CTA Blue Line. Please note that the subway ticket does not give change. It takes an hour to get to the city center. It is very convenient. Facilities: You have to go to the front desk to get a toothbrush and slippers in the room. There is no kettle. There is a swimming pool downstairs, which is comfortable but relatively old. Hygiene: Most of it is OK, but the details are so-so. Environment: There is nothing to visit around, but it is very quiet. Service: The front desk service is OK, and the restaurant service is OK. It is recommended to book a room with breakfast. The housekeeping service is bad. No tip, no service.
