They gave us the room with the river view windows.

Worst hotel ever! Don't come! ! ! ! I had two reservations, and right before midnight, I got a call from the front desk demanding I check in for the second reservation. I'd been in the room since 9 PM and had left my phone number, but they didn't contact me during normal hours. They woke me up in the middle of the night when I was asleep. The front desk person, Jeremy, said if I didn't answer the call, they'd have security break into my room and force me to check in. I asked him to contact the manager, but he was told he was asleep and wouldn't answer the phone. I was a hotel guest, and they woke me up in the middle of the night and forced me downstairs to check in. I was asleep, too, okay? ! ! ! Worst hotel ever! Don't come! ! ! ! !

During the AACR 10,000-person conference, the rooms were fully booked. I booked very late and it was quite expensive. There was nothing I could do. The room was average in size. The surrounding environment was good. It was a relatively safe downtown in Chicago. It was next to the Chicago River, a long way from the Big Pea and Lake Michigan. Across the street was the dock for the Chicago River cruise. There were many high-rise buildings in Chicago.

The elevator is old and takes a long time to get to the 10th floor and above. There is no do not disturb sign and the waiter will knock on the door of each room. It's crazy.

The location is good, very close to the attractions, especially the riverwalker, which is really convenient. The subway, the blue line is a little bit away, the orange line is very close. But the hotel is really simple, especially the room given by Ctrip is very small, it is OK for one person, but for two people, I can only upgrade it on the spot for $20, but it is still very small. Everything costs money, an umbrella is $14, and there is no loan. The river and CQ are actually the same company, but CQ is cheaper. There is no breakfast, you can eat next door, but I recommend the EGG HARBER cafe on the other side of the river.

The location was good, right on the riverside. I requested a room on a high floor, and they gave me a room on the 36th floor with a nice view. It was a cheap room, so it was inconvenient that there was no refrigerator, but other than that I was satisfied. There was a Target and Walgreens within walking distance, so it was convenient.

I do not recommend it, they ask for an entry deposit of $100 and they do not return it when you write, they do not respond to the messages

In this location, this hotel is very cost-effective. The door is the Chicago River, 3-5 minutes walk from the nearest boat point. The surrounding public transportation is convenient. The airport subway can go to a place very close to the hotel, and it only takes less than 10 minutes to walk to the hotel. There is a 711 convenience store within a 3-5 minute walk. The only downside is the hygiene problem, there are traces of yellow liquid on the bathroom wall. Although it will say that someone comes to clean it every day, but after staying for 3 days, I went out at 8 o'clock every morning and came back to see that the room had never been cleaned. In short, in terms of price and location, it is good value for money. Sanitary conditions are so-so.

The hotel is in a great location, right opposite the Trump Building, in the heart of Chicago. There are two breakfast shops downstairs that taste great, and the famous Deep Dish Pizza is a few minutes' walk away. The room is not cramped either. The public space on the second floor is equipped with a coffee machine that can be used to get hot water, and the various coffee flavors are also good.
