Ulasan Aloft Chicago Downtown River North

Very good trip and very nice place to stay! Clean. You can sometimes hear outside traffic from the room but it’s not that bad. The staff is polite and helpful. We just had an issue with the means of payment available. It does say on the app that they accept cash but they are cashless.

Aloft Chicago Rover North offers a fantastic stay with its spacious rooms and reasonable prices on Trip.com. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the Magnificent Mile, and there are several great restaurants nearby.

The location of the hotel is convenient if you want to visit the sites around Chicago loop. My room was facing the road and it can get a bit noisy from the traffic.

Had to park several blocks away. They take a $150 deposit when arrive on top of your room charges. They have no provided breakfast, no pool, do not provide any privacy door hangers, no microwave in room. And my room had roaches!

One of two elevators was out of service for maintenance since days and for all our stay and it caused long wait line with waste of time ! Also the 09/04 no cleaning room service cause “ Labor Day” ! I personally think this is unacceptable and they should give us a refund for those issues…..
