The location of the hotel is very good, and the transportation is very convenient. There are buses and subways nearby. It takes about 15-20 minutes to walk to fake fifth avenue.

Very nice Hotel. Nice, clean and modern rooms. Location is amazing. Close to tram and metro stops. Bus stops nearby too. Close to the big shopping street, everything in walking distance.

The staff were amazing so I want everyone to know that part. This is not the front desk staff. Now on to the bad…. The rooms are not clean. I dislike having to say this. But it’s facts. When walking in the room- first thing we notice is a huge pretty fresh stain on floor that screamed puke. It was attempted to be cleaned but the orange stain was disgusting. The windows were smudged. The glass tables had finger prints all over. The walls had dried splashes of who knows what and edges around the room at knee high were full of dust. Soap was left in shower and the floor when the door was opened and closed was disgusting. No liners in garbage cans. The front desk was very understanding and switched us rooms. Problem was it was a downsize. We lived through it but will all the hotels we have stayed in while in the city - (dozens- as we are only 2 hours away and like to stay at different places) this one unfortunately we will not be returning too.

We stayed at Hyatt Centric the Loop, and our room was so spacious and clean. The decoration from the hotel is amazing in all the places, since the lobby til the rooms. The staff was friendly and nice. Have many stores nearby.

The room is nice and clean. The housekeeping is very good and worthy of praise. Minor disadvantages: The windows are not soundproof enough and the gym is average.

I won't stay at this hotel next time. The smell after renovation is too strong. There is definitely excessive formaldehyde, which seriously affects the health of people.

The room was nice and the service was great. The only downside might be that the price was a little expensive, but it's not expensive in the US. We also had free early check-in, which was great!

Very old facilities, like a small county town in China n years ago, probably originally an apartment, converted into a hotel. I suggest you don't use a credit card when you pay a deposit. I said I would use cash at first, but the front desk refused to accept it, so I just used the card. They charged randomly after I used it. The only advantage is the location, close to Millennium Park and the Art Museum. But the service is totally lacking, the bedding is also very poor, the mattress seems to have loose springs, I suggest you spend more money and stay at another hotel, I feel that this hotel has nothing to do with Hyatt, it looks like the listing
