Raymond, Alex, George, and Alston were all excellent associates at the hotel. I will definitely be back next year.

The location was excellent. Beautiful scenery, convenient location for shopping and dining, and pristine accommodations! The rooftop bar/lounge had an amazing atmosphere and a gorgeous view. The booking comes packed with amenities like complementary drinks and an amazing breakfast buffet! I highly recommend this location.

Yeah man thank you so very much mans.the hotel is awesome breakfast was great. The location was nice. And ice cream was fantastico! And there's stand up comedy next door! Thank you wonderful stay will do this again.!

I booked a reservation. I got to the hotel. They said they are sold out. Please refund my money.

I was charged 139 dollars instead of 69 dollars as per the invoice issued by trip.com. Apparently they were doing this to other customers too. The manager on duty was rude. Told me to check in in these terms or would not check me in. TV did not work. Bathroom had broken soap dispenser.

breakfast compulsory included, need $$$ you have no choice, maybe I clicked wrong button when I order the booking. Taste good. drinking water supply enough. wi-fi speed good. Highly appreciate that as I have another booking and different room type in tomorrow, but the Front desk girl very helpful, she let me keep the same room and no need to change room on the other day, just check out and check in. hot water for bath is good. Near Grant Park for Chicago Marathon starting line. 2KM.

I was to pay 117 at check in per room. Hotel made me par 285 for something I didn’t have time to use which was tickets to attractions and that fee included a fee for checking out. ..49 a room for coupons snd 65 per room check out fee. Our car was too tall for the 85.00 a night parking but the garage at the corner only charged 58.00 a night. I wouldn’t recommend driving downtown Chicago unless you like being stressed out. I’m asking trip.com to reimburse the difference between the 117 and 185.

Was quite a shock to check in and be charged $125/room/night above the advertised pre paid price. For us that added $500 to our stay. The benefits did not add up.

The reception was very nice. The Filipino staff helped me and provided more information. The service was good and the staff had a great service mindset. The room was very nice and comfortable. Nice location I hope to come again!

Second time I've stayed there in within 3 weeks. Great service, great location and very clean. Beds very comfortable and rooms very spacious.

I’m not very happy that I payed an amount online to book the hotel, then got charged an extra $70 + $120 deposit once I arrived at the hotel.  I was not able to pay that and the hotel denied my cancellation request.  Will not be using Trips.com or The hotel collection again.

Makes zero sense to have the business model that this hotel has.  It doesn’t need to!  It’s in a great location and the property is nice enough that people would pay what they end up charging AFTER adding a bunch of unadvertised charges.  After booking with trip.com, my confirmation email stated that I was still on the hook for $69 to the hotel when checking in.  The hotel charged me an additional $140 ($70 more than what was stated).  I thought that maybe this was a trip.com issue.  Quickly realized that it I was not as literally every single guest that checked in before me and after had the same issue.  In fact an additional $70 was on the low end from what other guests were complaining about.  I heard multiple other booking companies mentioned as well…Expedia, **********, ***********, and others.  The common denominator is the hotel.  I actually felt bad for the gal that checked me in.  It was obvious that she deals with it almost 100% of the time with every guest that checks in.  The manager however was completely unprofessional and has no business being employed in the service industry.  I did ask her, “is this just a coincidence that EVERY SINGLE GUEST is complaining about the exact same issue?”  She did not seem to have rationale answer.   Trip.com has said that they will credit my card the $70.  Hoping that they make this right.

I was told when I booked the hotel through trip.com that I would have to pay $69 when I got to hotel I already paid $143. When I got to that hotel they told me that they did not honor what trip.com put as me Oweing $69 that I would have to pay another $139 double what I was told that I had to pay to hotel when I got there. Very misleading. Did not see the point of even looking through trip.com I ended up paying full price for the room just as if I would have booked directly to the hotel.
