The reception was very nice. The Filipino staff helped me and provided more information. The service was good and the staff had a great service mindset. The room was very nice and comfortable. Nice location I hope to come again!

I’m not very happy that I payed an amount online to book the hotel, then got charged an extra $70 + $120 deposit once I arrived at the hotel.  I was not able to pay that and the hotel denied my cancellation request.  Will not be using Trips.com or The hotel collection again.

There was a price discrepancy between what Trip.com posted of what I should pay at check-in and what the hotel actually charged me. I was finally able to check in after an hour of frustration, and Trip.com was able to reimburse me the difference.

The location is great. The facility looks a bit old, but very cozy.

Location is good. You can reach touristy spot easily. But, WARNING! They charge additional and additional fee when you check in the hotel. The parking fee is 70$ per nt. You should read google reviews before reservation.

they gave a bag to me .there is 4 bottle of water while I checking in and didn't say anything .after I checked out on my 4th day ,they charge 209usd!!!
