Very good location. The hotel is nearby skydeck and we walk there to save time and parking fee. Besides the lounge is good. But it's closed during weekends that I don't understand the reason. We use suite coupon to get a corner luxurious suite which is really huge,especially the main bathroom. Overall I recommend the hotel for Bonvoy high level members.

Het is een super hotel, grote kamer met grote badkamer.
Vriendelijk personeel, en de ligging is top.
Wij hadden een hoek kamer dus dat maakt het helemaal geweldig.
We hebben ontbijt genomen bij meli en ook dat was prima niet over de top, eenvoudig maar lekker.
Als we weer gaan komen wij graag weer.

The staff were amazing so I want everyone to know that part. This is not the front desk staff. Now on to the bad…. The rooms are not clean. I dislike having to say this. But it’s facts. When walking in the room- first thing we notice is a huge pretty fresh stain on floor that screamed puke. It was attempted to be cleaned but the orange stain was disgusting. The windows were smudged. The glass tables had finger prints all over. The walls had dried splashes of who knows what and edges around the room at knee high were full of dust. Soap was left in shower and the floor when the door was opened and closed was disgusting. No liners in garbage cans.
The front desk was very understanding and switched us rooms. Problem was it was a downsize. We lived through it but will all the hotels we have stayed in while in the city - (dozens- as we are only 2 hours away and like to stay at different places) this one unfortunately we will not be returning too.

VVerlinThe experience was great. The service was pretty good. The sheets and pillowcases had makeup stains, was not happy about that! Also, animal friendly, not sure if they separate rooms just for owners and animals. Or if they mix them!

服務：很貼心，前台工作人員非常熱情貼心。

PPengguna TetamuWe stayed for the weekend and were not disappointed. I’m one of those people that do tons of research before choosing a hotel. This one is priced well and is so cozy and welcoming. We stayed in one of the city view rooms which I would totally recommend. The night before I got a notification on the Hilton app saying it’s time to choose my room and I was able to choose a corner room with a view of the city on both sides and it was quite large. Being able to choose your room and know which one you’ll be in when you arrive is great. This hotel is in a great spot and only a few minute walk to an L train station for all of your transportation needs. The neighborhood is pretty quiet from what I saw. We loved the full size pump bottles in the bathroom of body wash, shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap. The front desk staff was always welcoming and answered any questions I had. I would recommend the skyline room. We stayed in room 1815 and had a great view of the city. The only downsides were that the windows were quite dirty and the parking garage was tiny but I understand those aren’t necessarily problems that can be fixed easily. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone else looking for a place to stay in Chicago.

PPengguna TetamuI keep returning to the Hotel Felix for the same reasons. Good location just north of the river in downtown. Convenient eateries and other businesses within walking distance. Great staff. Very comfortable room. This time, I arrived late on a Friday night. There were lots of couples buzzing around the entrance, lobby, and elevators, but my floor was quiet and relaxing. Yet again, it was a different floor plan than I've had before - this time, I had a view out the front (Huron) side of the hotel. My room was cozy, and maybe just a tiny big larger than the two I've previously enjoyed. Super friendly staff at the front desk. Not only was check-in and check-out efficient, but always with a smile they answered questions and reprogrammed my room keys after I accidentally zapped them. I've always felt I've gotten an excellent price here, particularly because of the location. There's no in-room coffee or microwave / fridge, but this isn't an issue for me when I know in advance.
