Hotel berhampiran Logan Arcade, Chicago

The studio apartment was perfect for my 4 night stay. It was a very hectic and busy work trip, so coming ”home” to a comfortable and well appointed apartment was such a welcomed relief - one less worry. The front desk and concierge staff were incredibly helpful and lovely. I would definitely recommend Level-Fulton Market, and will definitely stay there again. Thank you one and all!

I would spend my money elsewhere. Yes, this hotel is in a nice location, and yes, the rooms were nice. That's about it. I was quoted a price for a room that INCLUDED taxes and fees. The customer service representative confirmed twice with me that the rate included taxes and fees, and then we checked out, and taxes and fees were added to what we were told was the total charge. The manager tired of looking into it I guess after one attempt, because she wouldn't listen to my second call with customer service to rectify the issue. Also, the ”rooftop” bar on the 4th floor allows DJs to play blaring music until all hours of the night. There was a wedding the weekend we were there, and we called the front desk who said there was nothing they could do and the music would stop by 3. So, in a hotel, where you go to rest, we were just told to deal with it and I guess not sleep. This is a HOTEL that happens to have a bar. It is not a bar, and I would expect better consideration for guests who are good money to stay here. My room should not have had the windows shaking from the music. Also, we asked to speak to a manager and were told there would be no manager until Monday. What hotel has no manager on duty on the weekends when most people are staying? They did give us half off our room for the night, but it would be better if they would require private events to end at a more reasonable hour considering they are a hotel or tell DJs they have to turn the music down at a certain point. Finally, when housekeeping came by, we were getting ready to leave for the day. We asked them to come back around 12:30 to make up the room, and they wrote it down and never came back. We got some fresh towels, but the garbage was left and the beds were not refreshed. I can get better service and a better experience for a much better price at another hotel, which I will do next time.

Провели в этом отеле 4 дня, Хороший комфортный номер, Заселили раньше, за что большое спасибо, Завтрак обычный для Америки, читала в других отзывах, что ждали еды долго, мы с этим не столкнулись. Из минусов - за 4 дня проживания не было уборки ни разу, хотя вроде как она должна быть каждый день. В целом, отель рекомендую!

酒店位置 無可挑剔 ，雖不在 密歇根 大道上 ，但是 緊鄰 大道 。周圍 全是 商場和奢侈品店。購物吃飯很方便 。 丫頭預訂了 約翰 漢考克大廈65樓晚餐 走路 6分鐘 。 環境和衞生都是老牌酒店 應有的標準 房間很大 淋浴 浴缸都有 洗漱台 雙人 台 尤其要誇讚的是 housekeeping 我們入住了兩天，所以洗漱和化粧用品都是隨意的放在洗漱台，服務人員幫忙一件一件整整齊齊的擺放好下面還墊了白色 餐巾 連 充電繩 都 卷得 井然有序

Comfortable hotel, was a nice stay but overall I wish I would have spent an extra $50-75 a night to stay somewhere nicer. Upon entering there are 2 front desks, one with a sign for VOCO and one with a sign for Holiday Inn, when I arrived I stood at the VOCO side and eventually the employee from the holiday inn side asked if I needed anything to which I replied that I was checking in and she rolled her eyes and responded “okay……then come over here” not sure how I was supposed to know it was one hotel and I could check in at holiday inn? Still not 100% sure if this is a holiday inn rebranded or why the front desk attendant felt the need to be rude. Pros: - great water pressure - good lighting in the bathroom - quick delivery/service of towels - large room, updated furniture - water stations are super convenient, can fill the provided glass jugs and keep them in your fridge - safe area right on the Riverwalk - great view from room Cons: - I went down to the market to get plastic silverware for takeout and had to pay $1.12 for a plastic fork…..couldn’t be charged to the room, just a bad experience having to go back up to my room and get my credit card to buy a fork after traveling for 8 hours and wanting to relax and eat dinner, for $900 for a 3 night stay I think a plastic fork could be complimentary - The heat/AC completely shut off my last night, the thermostat died/none of the buttons or fan would work, I can’t speak to how they would have handled it because I didn’t try, it was 10pm and I was just tired and didn’t want to deal with someone coming to the room - overall the staff just seems disinterested in your presence or experience, even when checking out I let them know about the thermostat so they could get it fixed for the next room and they just replied “okay” - could have been a little cleaner, see picture of fan where metal covering is coming off and corner was sharp

Location is good with a beautiful view. Just a heads up bring your own slipper and dental kit and drinking water because they don’t have complimentary of such. Overall we had a great sleep and we enjoyed our stay.

強烈好評！首先枕頭特別舒服，第一個酒店的枕頭能讓我睡的脖子不痛。其次，拖鞋和浴袍好評！不用打電話給前台要脱鞋細節好評。再來是咖啡機好評，很多杯子和多種不同的味道。酒店房間空間很大，有藍牙音箱。非常舒適！ 服務：很貼心，前台工作人員非常熱情貼心。 設施：沒有在酒店用餐，房間內有浴缸和淋浴，廁所空間很大。 衞生：很乾凈，床也很舒服。
