Excellent room, housekeeping skipped our room though. We called and they came with fresh towels. It was only a 2 night stay. Great location, easy to get to everywhere. Chicago 360 was right next to it.

Dear Management, Our stay at your hotel was quite disappointing and uncomfortable, with experiences ranging from excellent to poor. On the positive side, the hotel’s location is unbeatable, just a few steps away from the Magnificent Mile and right next to the Red Line subway station. This made shopping, dining, and exploring the city’s attractions very convenient. The room itself was spacious, exceptionally clean, and the bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. We appreciated the in-room amenities such as the mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker, which added to our convenience. However, the hotel’s management left much to be desired. Upon our arrival at around 4 PM on July 11th, the front desk staff repeatedly asked for my family name while holding my Canadian passport, trying to obtain personal information from my Chinese visa. This mistake led to another front desk employee calling us at 9 AM on the third morning to verify my identity with my passport/ID again. Most frustratingly, during our four-night stay, our room was never cleaned. There was a sign on the door that had ”NO Thank You” printed on both sides, which was confusing. Even when we hung the sign outside, the cleaning staff would still knock on our door at 9 AM while we were still sleeping. When told to come back later, they never returned. Despite leaving the room at 11 AM and repeatedly informing the cleaning staff and front desk that our room needed cleaning, it never happened. Additionally, we ran out of shampoo. Despite informing the front desk in the morning, it wasn't replenished by the time we returned in the evening. This forced me to wait in the lobby for a long time to get the issue resolved after a tiring day of sightseeing. On the night before our departure, I went to the front desk to share our experiences with two staff members. They offered us breakfast as compensation, but we typically do not eat breakfast. Overall, our experience at the hotel was very poor. One of the main reasons for choosing this hotel was the Hilton brand, and this experience has caused me to question the brand’s reputation. 位置非常好，樓下就是星巴克全球最大reserve roastery店，走到河邊衹要10分鐘左右。酒店設施非常好，非常推薦！

Great location, and good price, amazing people at reception and valet. Friendly and accommodating, humble staff. Always willing to help. Good clean rooms, not really posh luxury or modern but well kept and clean, specially the shower/toilet bathroom is super clean. The area is super busy specially the street where you drop your car for valet but it works smooth without any troubles. One extra ordinary point: check in check out is smooth, straight forward and the quickest I have experienced.

Clean room with comfortable beds. Very busy location . The only negative is the cost of parking is ridiculous at $62/night.

An excellent hotel with clean and large room. The cleaning lady is much kind and helpful. Hotel is located in the Center of Chicago. The transport is very convenient.

1. Didn’t asked for accesible room, but that’s what I got. 2. AC/heating system had a weird noise all night, you can’t turn it on because literally you won’t sleep. 3. Shower had someone’s else hairs in the shower wall, gross. - Hotel Manager: if you do not trust the team and their responsibilities, then you will have to do the rounds yourself to ensure your hotel is operating properly in all aspects. - Housekeeping manager: If you do not trust your people, you will have to do the rounds yourself. -If you still do your rounds but you don’t inspect the rooms properly, then you shouldn’t be in that position. Room fridge isn’t working in the rooms (front desk mentioned) so they ask you if you need one to ask front desk but they are charging for it, so who’s fault is it? client or hotel? don’t charge for something you need to repair REGARDLESS. Make no sense for customer service. Also, if you guys are having a group of “young teen/just turn 21” people, why would you put someone on the accesible room by their room? If someone requires an accesible room, in this case I didn’t required one, got assigned one, but imagine an elder person by their room. These “kids” were loud as heck until 4AM, fighting, arguing, drunk, crying, overall it was a nightmare. Normally I have a good experience with Sheratons, but this one is overrated. I chose this hotel because last minute the company I work for had a meeting suggesting to find different hotels that may give us a group rate for the upcoming visits we will have to do in Chicago, but there’s no way I will suggest my coworkers to stay at this hotel with a first time bad experience. Not sure if I would give it a second try. Can’t risk it.

Beautiful and clean hotel with helpful staff. Bar in the lobby was perfect for a night cap.

Swissotel is awesome! The service was great and friendly staff. I especially appreciated Kia that works at the hotel. I was celebrating my birthday and she had something special sent to my room (a card and a fruit tray). She made my day - Thank you Kia! I would most definitely recommend this hotel! The amenities are amazing and the view is the best! I saw reviews stating there are no robes and no one came to clean and I can definitely disagree. There was a robe in the front closet and not only did someone come to clean but they provided us with warm towels! Best service and friendly staff!

Enjoyed my stay it was peaceful. Staff were very friendly and housekeeping was fantastic with cleaning the rooms daily. Will definitely stay here again. They also had a safe in the room.
