My husband and I and my sister all stayed at the Peninsula Hotel . This hotel is amazing. The rooms are pristine and comfortable. The dining was out of this world! We LOVED the Chinese Restaurant in the hotel. The food was perfect and the service wonderful. We also enjoyed a late meal in the lobby. We all had the Ahi Tuna appetizer and a salad before our main course. We were so full that we had to cancel our main meal orders! Everything was elegant, delicious and relaxed. We will stay there the next time we are in Chicago ( soon)! Our thank you’d to everyone working there. The Peninsula staff were all friendly and helpful!

The hotel is beautiful and very well located. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family. Maya at the front desk was amazing and we loved Tony and James at the outdoor terrace bar. All the staff we encountered were so friendly and helpful. On our very first day, the gentleman outside recognized us when we walked by a few hours after check in. Impressive!

We wanted to love this hotel. It’s the 2nd time we stayed here. But there are LOTS of rules. If you buy champagne in the lobby from the Moët & Chandon vending machine (which is awesome), you can’t sit at the bar and drink it. You can only sit in the lobby. The outdoor rooftop terrace never seems to be open - even though that’s one of the main reasons we picked this hotel. The hotel claims it is new but the rooms clearly show it was a different hotel before. Yes they changed the furnishings but the doors, baseboards, and door frames are old and bashed up. We expected a lot more from a Marriott Autograph Collection.

The hotel is the best I’ve ever stay at. The doormen knew the restaurant once we gave just address for taxi. The front desk allow us to check in early and gave us an amazing room with a view of city and Lake Michigan. If you go make sure you go to the pool gym and the the steam room heaven awaits here. This hotel is a perfect place to stay and walking distance to the lake front for an evening stool along the water front. I love the Chicago best city in America.

We celebrated our wedding anniversary at WA-Chicago and this is our first time staying at WA in the United States. Last WA stay was in Thailand where the experience was superb! Reservation was easy via the app and the concierge emailed me a week in advance asking if there was anything they can do to prepare of our stay. I had a terrible experience with a Hilton hotel in Las Vegas in Dec 2022 where a stranger opened my hotel door at 11:20 pm. I am still experiencing PTSD so I asked if the concierge can provide anything lavender (scent/oil) so I can be relaxed. Also, since it's our wedding anniversary, perhaps anything in that theme would be nice. First the concierge addressed me as Mr instead of Mrs. Unsure why one automatically thinks that it's the man who made the hotel booking. Second, the concierge wasn't able to meet my requests which was non-issue. We declined turn-down service but requested chocolate where they were never delivered during our stay. A robe was missing in the closet and room service delivered it immediately. There wasn't any coffee or tea in the room but the dining service delivered my hot tea in 30 minutes which was acceptable. The bed was comfortable but sound insulation wasn't great since we could hear neighbors' chatting at midnight. We used the steam/sauna for 30 minutes before checking out and the spa was a nice facility. The hotel is nicely located in the Gold Coast area where it is closed to many lovely restaurants. The reception area is kind of small and there were 2 guest service staffs assisting with check-in/out.

My family and I arrived around 330AM on a Friday night/Saturday morning. Service: 4/5 The Night staff was awesome, hospitality was IMPECCABLE! From the receptionist , bellhop helper, security, you name it! I wish I could remember their names but the receptionist was a young African American male about early-mid 20s! The morning crew and afternoon crew need some pointers from the night shift staff because they need some work. Rooms: 3/5 Our room had 2 full size beds, they were nice and spacious for all 4 of us (3 adults & 1 child). No microwave was an inconvenience but it wasn’t too big of a deal since our short was stay. Overall I would rate our stay a 4/5 (Would have been 3.5/5 had it not been for the service we experienced when checking in.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Our room was nice, but there was an empty shoebox when we first arrived in the room, which makes me wonder about the cleanliness of the room. Other than that it seemed clean. The parking garage was a short walk from the hotel, it was $50 for two nights, which isn’t too bad. Overall a good experience. I would book this hotel again and recommend to a friend! (we had an awesome view too!)

Good hotel, nice location with reasonable price but here is tricky part, they told me to pay deposit and I give them cash but front desk lady said they only accept credit cards so I gave them my wife credit card and they charged me 98.72US Dollars (688.09RMB) which were going to return to my wife’s account in next few days but so far they didn’t return it. Here is the proof in attach photos. After more than 2 months I still didn’t get back 98.72US Dollars. I want my ********money back, you cheaters return my money back ASAP. Was in Chicago on business, stayed over to see family. The Homewood Suites was great-close to everything. The hotel was clean, everyone was very friendly, I usually don't notice but the staff made a point to be very friendly. Got a 2 room suite that was perfect for business and also had room for my son to sleep on the pull out. Breakfast was better than most Homewood Suites, and the pool and the workout center on the roof were really nice. Hotel valet parking at $49,95 was a great bargain, Spot Hero was the same price for parking a half mile away. Have stayed at both Embassy Suites and this Homewood in downtown Chicago, will make this my first choice when I stay downtown. Fewer lines here for everything-food, check-in, parking-and at a better price.

Saya hanya pergi untuk bertanya kepadanya mengenai perkhidmatan makanan hotel. Terdapat Trader Joe di seberang jalan ， bagus untuk mendapatkan makanan ringan dan makanan keperluan. Lelaki yang bekerja di bar hotel adalah orang yang memberitahu saya tentang Trader Joe's. Saya dengan senang hati akan kembali ke hotel ini ， walaupun untuk jangka masa yang lama.

The staff were very nice and accommodating. Freshly renovated room. Room was small but clean and comfortable. They are still renovating the food area on the 1st floor. Location is 2 blocks from the Magnificent Mile and Gino's, 10 min walk to the beach, Medal of Honor park and Navy Pier. Close to many sites. I would stay there again. Lyft was about $30 to and from Midway Airport and $28 to United Center and $37 back (event prices).

The experience was great. The service was pretty good. The sheets and pillowcases had makeup stains, was not happy about that! Also, animal friendly, not sure if they separate rooms just for owners and animals. Or if they mix them!

This was my second time staying at Hyatt Centric Chicago Magnificent Mile, and it was a pure coincidence for this second stay. The location and the room offered were a great deal at this price. The facilities were decent (not too old) and the space were sufficient. Both my stays at Hyatt Centric Chicago Magnificent Mile left me with very good impressions.
