1. Breakfast selection was very limited. 2. My room was only cleaned once during my four-day stay.

Tru Hilton was a good experience. The inner decor and the activities in the lobby were pretty cool. They offered free coffee in the entrance. Staff was super friendly. Room was compact, no microwave. The only microwave was in the lobby and only one. Although it seemed the hotel was booked out stay was nice and quiet and I had a good sleep. Thank you!

Tru is a new brand under Hilton. It’s got everything you need. Free breakfast, 24/7 free coffee and tea, laundry machine on site, games, gym and pool, etc.

This place is really just a motel. We stayed there for two nights to play ball nearby. We stayed on the first floor, and the floor was so damp it was steamy. The room was also very small and not very quiet. The window faced the parking lot, which made us feel unsafe. It's located between several highways, so transportation is quite convenient, but it's really just a motel.

The hotel is very new, but the bedding is not very clean and has a smell. It feels like they don't wash it every time, just change the sheets inside. The towels are quite clean.

The room is big, the facilities are new, there are many restaurants around, and it is close to highway 90, which is quite convenient.
