가격대비 괜찮았습니다. 좀 오래된 호텔이라 방은 그닥 기대 이하이긴 했지만, 수영장은 완전 좋았습니다. 수영하로는 또 가고싶네요.

Por parte de una persona que solo me dijo que se llama Rufina una atención muy deficiente y cero profesionalismo de su parte. Sin dejar de mencionar un tema crucial, encontré basura y polvo en la habitación y sin la colchoneta en el sillón de la habitación. Pedí hablar con el gerente porque lo escuché en su oficina y la persona llamada Rufina mintió diciendo que no estaba. Tristemente tengo muchos años siendo socio y actualmente platino y me dejó muy decepcionado esta visita. Y por último, me despertaron a las 8 am por una plancha que había solicitado con anterioridad diciendo Rufina que a un huésped le urgía , en donde le mencioné que no me parecía correcto que me despertaran a esa hora solo por ese tema habiendo plancha en cada piso. Realmente espero y atiendan mi queja.

The insulation of this hotel is terrible you can hear everything from outside and from the hallways of the hotel, they really need to replace the doors of the rooms and windows.
