Hotel berhampiran Matsumoto Kiyoshi(Drug Store Suwa Station Park Store), Chino

เบอร์โทรของโรงแรม ตึก 1 และ 2 ใช้เบอร์โทรเดียวกัน จึงทำให้ไปผิดที่ เนื่องจาใช้เบอร์โทรกดนำทางไปด้วย GPS , โรงแรมมีที่จอดรถให้ , พรักงานโรงแรมบริการดี , ห้องพักสะอาด , อาหารเช้าอร่อย , มี Public baht ที่ชั้น 1

酒店有温泉可以泡澡，早餐很豐盛種類很多。距離JR站很近走路4分鐘就到了。距離湖之需要2分鐘就到。便利店也很近。

最上階の1205号室「吉祥」に泊まりました。 公式サイトで今年の3月にリニュアルされたスイートルームのお部屋、、とあったのでこちらを予約しました。 最上階の12階を降りるとエレベーターホールでオートロックになっていてそこから4部屋のみのスイートルームへの廊下に入ります。そしてそれぞれのお部屋の入り口ドアに分かれます。 振り返って気が付きましたがエレベーターのドア、ホールが豪華で素敵です。 お部屋は102平米あります。 玄関から上がると畳敷廊下になっていて、真っ正面に諏訪湖を一望できる源泉かけ流しの半露天のお風呂が目に入ります。広くて感激。 入って右側にお部屋へと続きます。諏訪湖が180度見える角部屋でした。素晴らしい眺め。シンプルにスッキリしたお部屋が広くて清々しい。 よく見るとベットヘッドやちょこっとした所に日本的な工芸もあり、でもさりげない薄い色の木調が落ち着きます。 お部屋にはエアドックと加湿器もバッチリ。リネン類も不快な匂いなし。 お掃除も行き届いていたのでかなり快適に過ごせました。 さすが『日本の老舗のお宿』 お気に入りの会員制クラブのお宿のスイートルームより、お風呂に関しての満足度はこちらの方が上でした。 シャンプー類が何種類か置いてあり、香りなどで好みのものが選べます。 これも女性にとっては嬉しい。気の利いたおもてなしが感じられました。 「ここのお風呂、一日中入っていたい。」 強いて言えばベットがかなり硬いので私は寝つきが良くなかったかな？ ソフｱも硬い。 お食事は夕食は個室にて、朝食は広いコンベンション広間でいただきます。 ホスピタリテｲはベテランのお姉さんや若手男性など、多様なスタッフがそれぞれなりのきめ細やかな対応でした。 全体的にかなり気に入ったので、主人も私も「是非また訪れたいお宿」となりました。

I stayed in a room with an open-air bath. It was clean and the hot spring water was soft and made my skin smooth. We also visited the large bathroom downstairs, which was spacious and had nice spring water. Dinner was prepared in a separate private room. Again, this was a nice Japanese-style room with a relaxed atmosphere. The food was very tasty from the starters and I felt happy. And the staff were very helpful, both at the front desk and in the restaurant. She saw me off when I left, and at that point she pointed to the roof of the hotel and said, ”Look. I looked at the roof and saw a real heron perched on it. And when we got in the car and started driving away, the heron flew away too. That was the last service at the Saginoyu(Heron’s Bath).

We decided to stop in Suwa to break up a long drive back to Tokyo. Shinyu looked very good and the price was reasonable. The hotel is renovated and gives a nice modern spa hotel atmosphere. The greeting at the hotel is very nice and the lobby area is beautiful. We felt very welcomed when we arrived. Our room was facing the lake. It was Japanese style with tatami and futons. Nice room, nice view. The public bath was nice. Not huge but felt very good. They have an indoor bath, small outdoor bath, a sauna and a cold bath. Dinner was great, as was breakfast. They were both courses and delicious. Service? Well, this is what makes all the difference. When we book hotels we need to detail my daughter's food allergies which are serious. For this trip we had booked many hotels in a row and for some reason when we booked Shinyu and checked-in we just forgot. It was our fault and when we sat for dinner we saw her prepared meal that she obviously could not eat. The staff at Shinyu didn't miss a beat. The didn't make a big deal about it. No stress. The quickly adjusted and made a wonderful dinner for my daughter and also prepared for her breakfast in similar fashion. Wonderful. Such great service. Maybe the building isn't perfect. But the service was perfect. Shinyu was our last stop on our trip and we left with a smile. Shinyu gets an ”Excellent” from my family.

温泉も綺麗でホテルの方もとても親切です。また来たいと思いました。

The staff, service, facilities, and room were top notch. Once our stay was booked, we received an email questionnaire. We are both vegan and they accommodated our preference. asking for our preferences. You can select between Japanese and French cuisine. We both opted for Japanese. When we arrived, they staff greeted us kindly and it was a delightful surprise to be led into a room filled with Christmas decorations. We booked the ”Standard Zen Suite” and were not disappointed. It comes with your own private indoor-outdoor onsen. It was heaven. If you are new to onsen, they also provide helpful instructions upon arrival that you can read. It was my absolute favorite onsen experience. There are three different onsens for guests, each separated by gender. They also provide popsicles, hot/cold tea, in addition to the standard shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair tonic, skin lotion etc. When we were there they had two shuttles which ran from Matsumoto Station to pick you up. One at 3:15 pm and another at 4:30 pm. We would both love to return!
