Στα θετικά, πρόκειται για ξενοδοχείο με εξαιρετική θέα στη θάλασσα, η παραλία του Καρφά ακριβώς κάτω είναι εξαιρετική, είναι δίπλα στο χωριό και ακριβώς απ' έξω έχει στάση ΚΤΕΛ (αν και δεν τη χρησιμοποιήσαμε) - άρα, η θέση του γενικά είναι πολύ καλή. Το προσωπικό είναι πολύ ευγενικό, φιλικό, εξυπηρετικό. Επίσης είναι φιλικό σε ΑΜΕΑ με ικανοποιητικές υποδομές (μπάρες εισόδου και εύκολη σχετικά πρόσβαση σε όλους τους χώρους). Δυστυχώς, υπάρχουν πολλά αρνητικά: Το ξενοδοχείο φαίνεται, για κάποιο μη κατανοητό λόγο, υποστελεχωμένο και χωρίς Operation Manager. Ενώ το πρωινό είναι καλό, βρίσκεις πιάτα και μαχαιροπήρουνα με υπολείμματα φαγητού (!!!), το δωμάτιο καθαρίζεται όποτε να' ναι (έτυχε να γυρίσουμε 5 το απόγευμα κι ακόμα ήταν βρώμικο), η εξυπηρέτηση στο μπαρ της πισίνας καθυστερούσε υπερβολικά (μπορεί να περίμενες και μισή ώρα για να πάρουν την παραγγελία σου και μάλιστα με τραπέζια σχεδόν άδεια), ενώ δημιουργήθηκε κι ένα θεματάκι που μάλλον δείχνει αδέξιο χειρισμό (μας έκαναν παρατήρηση ότι παραπονέθηκε πελάτης επειδή είχαμε την τηλεόραση ανοιχτή στο 40% του ήχου...). Σοβαρό πρόβλημα υπάρχει και με το πάρκινγκ διότι είναι μικρό κι άβολο, ενώ πελάτες διαμαρτυρήθηκαν ότι είδαν ανθρώπους να παρκάρουν εκεί που δεν ήταν πελάτες. Θα το συνιστούσα μόνο για την καταπληκτική του θέση και την πολύ όμορφη παραλία που έχει κι αν έχετε αποφασίσει να μη μείνετε πολύ στο ξενοδοχείο.

Completely brand new hotel, close to the main town, the port and the airport. Big and modern rooms, all with either a terrace or direct access to the pool (swim-up). 2 long pools (Olympic size) and a swim-up bar. Stylish decoration throughout. It was quite calm and relaxing when we stayed, although it is not adults-only. Breakfast is buffet style and coffee, fresh orange juice and hot dishes are served at the table.
I think they could do with more sun loungers by the pool and the service at breakfast could be quicker, but the property just opened 2/3 weeks ago so some minor teething issues are expected. In all, I’m very happy with my stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book this hotel again if back in Chios.

Kahvaltı tatminkâr,abartısız ama yeterli bir büfe var ve Yunan lezzetleriyle zenginleştirilmiş(sıcak ufak Yunan börekleri,kruasan enfesti)..üç çeşit yumurta,üç çeşit peynir,zeytin ,birkaç çeşit ekmek,tahıl,reçeller,Yunan yoğurdu(balla önerilir),çay,kahve ve oturduğunuzda mutlaka getirilen bir büyük sürahi suyunuz.. Sadece bit saatten sonra resepsiyonda kimse kalmıyor ve yan sokakta bit girişi var ordaki kapıdan şifre ile evinize girer gibi giriyorsunuz..bunu sormayı unutmayın. Alt kat herkese açık bir kafe ama bundanrahatsız olmuyorsunuz.Tekrar Sakız’a gideceğim,yine bu oteli seçebilirim. Plajlara arabanızla veya araba kiralayarak gidebilirsiniz(harita alın hepsi orda bekirtilmiş) Tek bahsedeceğim sorun otopark.İlginç bir sistem var adada,heryer özel kartla parkedilebilecek şekilde,biz şans eseri dört gece yer bulduk,ceza yemedik,kiralamıştık. Umarım fikir verici olmuştur,iyi tatiller.

Hotel is new very sweet and clean. It’s nicely decorated, rooms with balconies. Close to marina and square. But need to climb stairs to reach hotel. It was good experience apart of breakfast. Extremely poor breakfast. When we checked in, receptionist (owner) told us that breakfast is very nice. We didn’t book hotel, we were door -customers and we had option to buy room with or without breakfast. So we chose with breakfast since she said “it’s very nice”. That’s was below below below expectations. For two persons 4 slices of cheese (seriously?!) fried eggs, olives, jams, chocolate paste, butter, tomatoes and cucumbers… little bit of bread. We asked additional bread and they brought to us mostly leftovers of bread. It was really disappointing. I mean it’s better to pay for nice breakfast outside enjoy it and stay full. Breakfast served in beautiful plates and cups though.
