The front office staff is so warm, they really know their job however the bar is kind off limited as they do not make cocktails even mock-tails, the food was delicious and I do not regret my trip. One thing I noticed is that they do not have a business centre on the premises & their internet is slow considering foreigners who are not allowed to buy sim cards in Zambia. They do not offer wi-fi vouchers even at a fee, it was difficult to communicate to my people back home unless I choose to sit by the reception. Overall I enjoyed my stay at the hotel!
