Моё пребывание в отеле : Лифта нет ,туалетных принадлежностей нет ,салфеток нет ,воды не дали . Хорошо что рядом ,пошли и купили .Всё на сайте написано, что включено в стоимость ,а в живую этого нет.Единственный плюс -чисто . В номере на кровати ,матрас ужасный ,весь в пружинах ,лежать просто невозможно . На ресепшене девушка Юля ,не приветливая ,даже не поздоровается и это сотрудник ресепшена ?!Как будто к ней домой пришла. Внешний вид не соответствует отелю ,не презентабельно ,даже нет бейджика имени (и я это на минуточку 4 звёзды)Она даже не сидит на своём рабочем месте ,постоянно её нет на ресепшене.Хочу обратить внимание руководство отеля ,кого они берут на работу .А так можно остаться и без клиентов .Никому не рекомендую за такие деньги ,останавливаться в этом отеле .

Good time for rest for 2 days

The hotel looked appealing from the outside and is located in a very nice residential area of Chișinău. I had a friendly welcome when I checked-in and I was given a full rundown of the facilities in the hotel and then taken to my room. The room was fairly spacious and nicely decorated with one of the walls unusually covered in foam tiling. The bed was comfortable, there was a wall mounted TV, fridge and in-room safe which wouldn't work and the alarm would go off when I touched it. The aircon worked well as did the wifi. Tea and coffee facilities were also provided. The bathroom was fine with an extremely powerful shower which pinned me up the against the cubicle wall when on full power, toiletries were provided. I took breakfast each morning which was substantial and included a full continental selection as well as cooked items, porridge and a wide range of fruit juices. I had a noise issue on one the days of my stay due to the thin walls in the room, I complained but I couldn't be moved as the hotel was full. It may have been in issue in other rooms too. Apart from this issue I still enjoyed my stay at B&B Olsi, the staff members were extremely helpful and approachable even if there was a language barrier. The hotel is also conveniently located and is only a 15 minute walk into the city.

It was my first time in Moldova. Any member of staff I came into contact with, either on the front desk, or in the bar/restaurant spoke very good English. The staff on the reception were particularly helpful. They were happy to help with a late check out as I'd a late flight and also with ordering a taxi to the airport. The room was spacious. Large bathroom. Comfortable bed. Coffee machine and a kettle in the room. Minibar is well stocked with snacks if you don't want to walk to the shops (although there are shops within walking distance of the hotel). Handy location for the train station. It's within walking distance if you get the overnight train from Bucharest. City centre a bit of a walk, but not too far. About 20 minutes walk to the Triumphal Arch. About 30 minutes walk to the Museum of Ethnography & Natural History. Overall, one of the nicer hotels I've stayed in. The reception staff in particular are brilliant. Nothing is any trouble for them and I'd gladly stay again.

Zudem befinden sich zahlreiche Cafes & Restaurants, sowie Bäckereien und Geschäfte in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Service: Der Service lässt keine Wünsche offen, da man die Mentalität ,,der Gast ist König'' in diesem Hotel Lebt!. Sowohl die Unterstützung beim Gepäck tragen, als auch der ausgezeichnete Service im Frühstücks Restaurant, und die Tatsache dass sämtliche Mitarbeiter der Rezeption aufstehen, sobald ein Gast die Lobby betritt, zeigt dass man hier nicht nur ,,Luxury'' auf die Fassade des Hotels geschrieben hat, sondern dass das Wohlergehen des gastes absolute Priorität hat. Die Zimmer: Die Zimmer sind im Kommunistischen Sowjetstil eingerichtet, lassen aber dennoch keine Wünsche offen. Klimaanlage sowie WIFI, Minibar & TV sind Standard in allen zimmern. Zudem verfügen die Zimmer über beheizbare Handtuchhalter und Kleiderschränke in denen eine Lampe angebracht ist, welche den Kleiderschrank beim Öffnen beleuchtet.
