The room was spacious and clean. Frontline staff was helpful and polite. Good location, just inside the PARCO department store. Will stay again next time.

Great location, Downstairs of the hotel is the Parco department store, and in the basement is the bus terminal for Haneda Airport. Walk for 30 seconds and you will reach the central exit of Chofu Station. You can take the Keio Line express train out of Shinjuku Station in 20-30 minutes. There are also many restaurants and department stores around. The environment is very clean, the service staff is very polite, The only problem is that the Wi-Fi reception is poor, so it is basically useless. The others are also very good!

Have you ever been woken up by the sound of electric drills in the middle of the night when you were staying in a hotel? Have you ever experienced the hotel engineering team starting to renovate in the middle of the night? No, right? We didn't do that before we stayed in this hotel. It's incredible that this kind of thing can happen, and it happened in Japan. At 1:30 in the morning, there was a sound of electric drills next door/downstairs. I woke up, dazed, confused, and called the front desk. The manager on duty hesitated and finally said "I'll check it" and hung up. After a quarter of an hour, various mechanical sounds continued to be made. I was worried that the manager didn't understand English, so I went downstairs to complain to him again using the mobile translation software. The manager turned back to the office and made a round of calls. He came out and said "I have asked them to stop working"... So, is there really someone renovating the guest room in the middle of the night? ! After returning to the room, the workers continued to work, hammering and banging for another half an hour before they finished work. It was already three o'clock in the morning. The team that allows this to happen is not qualified to manage a hotel or to work in the hotel industry; the hotel that allows this to happen should be closed down! Because you are not qualified to work in the service industry, and you don't understand what a hotel means to travelers. Please apologize and resign!

I used this hotel because there was an event nearby. The good thing about it was that it was close to the station. Other than that, there's nothing in particular. The elevator was shared with Parco, which was a little inconvenient. The building itself was old, and the bathroom looked a little dirty. I don't think I'll actively return.

A business hotel located on the upper floors of Chofu Parco. The room had a simple, standard layout and all the necessary amenities were provided, so I had a comfortable stay. The bed was okay, but perhaps because I was nervous about the next day and exhausted from the Shinkansen, I couldn't sleep at all. This is probably just my own problem, but the pillowcases had a slightly rough texture and I didn't like it. The front desk staff were also polite and nice.

The breakfast is not good. The front desk is very picky. We arrived at the hotel with our children at 11:00 and were not allowed to enter. We had to enter at 3 pm. Okay, we respect the hotel, but the luggage was delivered to the room... The room was not cleaned for four hours. The luggage could be checked in but the people could not. I was drunk. We changed to Sheraton Tokyo Bay and Tokyu Excelsior in Shibuya, both of which allowed early check-in. So rules are one aspect, but the most important thing is that some Japanese people are very rigid...

The location was great and it was convenient to shop at PARCO. The water pressure in the shower was very low.

It was a very convenient hotel close to Chofu Station. However, the elevator was shared with the PARCO shopping floor, so it took quite a while to get there. The breakfast buffet, which I enjoyed, had a wide variety of food and was very delicious. The building overall had an old feel, but the unit bath seemed to have been newly renovated and had an easy-to-use design. I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.
