The Grand House Chongqing is a village within a village, near the entrance to the Dazu Rock Carvings.
It is very well run and works like a little community. Reception staff were welcoming, provided a shuttle to the park and saw me off for my early start. Staff were friendly and helpful as were the people of the 'village'.
The room was comfortable and clean. And the breakfast was one of the best of my 5 week trip, the dining room too. It is an ideal hotel to stay at when visiting the Dazu Rock Carvings. Xiexie

酒店太棒了，超過了我的想象，如果不是因為因為第二天要離開大足，真想再多住兩天，環境優美，安靜，房間寬敞乾淨，設計感也強，細節做的也不錯，熱水充足，可以解除一天的疲憊。離景區也不算遠，網約車也好叫，車程也就十幾分鍾。老闆很貼心，前台的小胖也很熱情可愛，阿姨做的柴火飯菜鍋氣十足，下次一定帶上朋友們一起來玩耍。

這次川渝自駕遊最滿意的一處住宿！安靜、寬敞、明亮、舒適，我和媽媽都很喜歡。
前台的短髮小姐姐温柔又細緻，給我們介紹了荷塘早晚的美景、燈光秀，大足石刻的幾個景區以及周邊美食。客房服務晚歸有來開夜床，還插上了電蚊香。每天在大自然的氣息和聲音裏休息，睡眠質量好了很多。
這裏距離大足石刻寶頂山景區最近，去市區的小吃街也就十來分鐘車程，很多周邊的遊客還會專門來看荷花，不過因為荷塘很大，住宿區的別墅都在深處，並不會有外人過來打擾，而且每個小院都是需要門禁才可以進入的，住得很安心。
強烈推薦三兩好友或者家庭來這裏落腳！原本我們衹想住一天去看大足石刻，結果一直續住到回家，連安岳的一些石刻都去看了。希望下次能帶家裡長者一起來，房間裏就可以開一局麻將了！

本來一進房間第一感覺比較欣喜，房間比較大，衞生環境看起來也都很不錯。但是坐床上嘎吱響，床墊該換了。換的話換個稍微硬點的，現在這個軟，睡一晚不舒服。
説重點，最讓人難以接受的是隔音效果很不好，別的房間關門聲特別響，還偏偏那天住的人很沒禮貌，大半夜11：30還在走廊裏講話，開門關門聲咚咚的此起彼伏，早上六七點又開始。一晚上沒睡好。

每次旅遊訂房間幾乎都在攜程預訂，看了這一家環境很好又是庭院式酒店，我就預訂了2間房，體驗如下：1. 環境：進門就有停車場而且是免費停車，這一點點贊。門口前台服務態度很好，辦理入住很細心也很高效，一樓庭院設計風格很古典，適合拍個照打個卡。房間3層樓沒有電梯，走樓梯也還好不費勁，環境整體滿分。2.衞生：房間乾淨整潔，床鋪整體看還可以。但是當晚我躺下以後就聞到了枕頭有很難聞的味道，像是上一個沒有清洗的汗臭味，馬上換了另一個才沒有味道，這應該是客房大姐上一次沒有更換的枕頭套。3.服務：第二天一早8點鐘，樓下就開始一羣人各種吵鬧和喧嘩，嘻嘻哈哈，本來頭一天爬山了就很累想睡個懶覺，這一大早給你吵醒完全氣的睡不着，打電話到前台反應情況，還是持續了10幾分鐘，作為酒店讓人睡不好是多麼可怕的體驗。如果是結了婚禮接親，是不是應該提前告知住户做好心理準備，或者跟接親人員説好約法三章不打擾住客。本來來提前給酒店説了休息好了延遲一下2點退房，這一下果斷10點退房離開。

One of the standout features of my stay was the opportunity to explore the entire village on my last night. Navigating the winding paths felt like stepping into an adventure game, with new discoveries at every turn. The sense of wonder and excitement I felt was akin to being a child again, truly immersed in the magic of the mountain setting.
The service at Longmen Pu Village is equally impressive. Prior to my arrival, I had connected with the customer service team on WeChat, and they were well-prepared and attentive to my needs. Upon check-in, I was welcomed with delectable local Chongqing specialties, a delightful introduction to the culinary delights that awaited me.
The highlight of my stay, however, was the opportunity to enjoy the stunning sunsets from various vantage points around the resort, cigar in hand and fresh fruit nearby. These moments of peaceful contemplation, immersed in the beauty of the mountains, will be etched in my memory forever.
Beyond the breathtaking views, the resort also offered engaging activities that allowed me to fully immerse myself in the local culture. I had the privilege of learning the art of potting plants and marveling at the impressive bonsai tree collection, a true treat for a plant enthusiast like myself. The calligraphy session at the on-site tea house was also a wonderful experience, providing a moment of tranquil meditation amidst the adventure.
While I would recommend Longmen Pu Village to any traveler seeking a unique and authentic escape, I would advise international guests to have a basic understanding of the Chinese language or be prepared to utilize translation apps. This slight challenge, however, is well worth the reward of experiencing this remarkable resort.

AAlicia LaiI have been stayed at Orange Crystal Hotel for three nights, and it was an exceptional experience. This is a brand-new hotel with excellent facilities—everything is modern, clean, and well-maintained. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make both local(me) and international (my hubby)feel welcome and comfortable.
One of the highlights was the attentive housekeeper, who was always polite and thoughtful. She even reminded us to take extra water whenever I was heading out. The location is also very convenient, with plenty of delicious restaurants just downstairs, making it easy to enjoy the local cuisine.
Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my stay at Orange Crystal Hotel. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

NNyan Zhe Chen”I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Regent Hotel! The service was impeccable, and I especially loved the thoughtful features like the bubble bath available on request and the convenient daily laundry service. The in-house restaurants and bar, with their spectacular views, were perfect for unwinding and enjoying the best the hotel has to offer. Selepas berjalan selama tujuh atau lapan minit lagi, anda akan sampai ke Tangga ke-18 Selepas menaiki Tangga ke-18, anda akan sampai ke Shancheng Alley. Shancheng Alley amat sesuai untuk golongan muda minum kopi dan menikmati angin sungai di tepi Sungai Yangtze.

GGenOhlsonA cosy family-friendly enchanted hideaway in the mountains with the clouds. The whole place seems to have been a long-time passion in creating the most charming and comfortable inn from conception to realisation with both the exterior and interior decorated in either a rustic country cottage or a European apartment style from the last century. We were so happy here and my child especially appreciated the room and all of its surroundings.
Every nook and cranny of the place is excellently utiilised. From the dining room as well as the main outside eatery balcony, one has a beautiful view of the mountainside in all its greenery with butterflies flitting amongst flowers. Don't forget to check out the third story balconies and the library. Screen projector fittings are in place for a medium-sized conference. The place even has a couple of majiang table nooks should you want to play with friends.
The surrounding forest environment of the inn is all sorts of paths and green terraces going off in different directions. There is a playpark for children with its own pedal-powered mini-roller coaster and other items for children to climb on.
There is an off-site pond and ancient stone bridge nearby. One can take a short hike up the driveway and explore the diverging walking track paths. There's also an ecological technology exhibition centre not far up the road from the inn.
A large portion of the clientele when we were there were day trip visitors in family and friend groups. Big tables as well as KTV facilities could be booked for the day.
The food quality is fantastic and the portions generous. There are no nearby shops so all meals are taken in-house; the staff will consult you about when and what is on offer from the extensive menu. You can specify whether you'd want your food spicy or not when possible depending on the dish.
The genuinely friendly and accomodating staff take such good care of you and step in whenever they feel you may need some assistance. My child had a bad cough at the time, and they were so kind bringing her hot drinks with honey and offering medicine they happened to have there.
My Chinese is not good, but with a standard translation app, you're able to communicate what you need and the staff are so obliging to help. They genuinely do seem to be happy to be working there, and cudos and credit it to the owner for taking such good care of the staff that they in turn carry it over to their care for their guests. It was a pleasure to meet them and the owner.

Located in the Jiefangbei heart of Chongqing, this hotel has a very perfect location. The address itself is at Ba Yi road. The road in A-Z food variant. This is a pedestrian street with no vehicle pass through, except grab food motorcycles. It is a very crowded street. The night later it gets the more crowded it gets. But fortunately the hotel has a good soundproof quality, so we can still rest quietly. Thanks to Christ Xiao, the Front office supervisor (I think), who made our check-in process smooth. Your English speaking ability is very assisting us. We stayed for 3 nights. The hotel room is spacious enough, but lacks of wardrobe. Breakfast is very moderate. Not many meal options. But the Breakfast room is on the 29th floor, which becomes a bar at night with 360 degree slow moving so we can enjoy the Chongqing city view from top. Very nice service. The hotel is near the metro station, with a 5 minutes walk. There is a free laundry service that is very helpful for long tourists like us. Overall, it is a very pleasant hotel for our China trip in Chongqing.
