Lokasi hotel sangat strategik, mudah diakses untuk pengangkutan, membeli-belah dan makan. Persekitaran hotel sangat memuaskan, perabotannya kemas dan cantik. Kakitangan perkhidmatan juga sangat profesional. Sedikit perhatian, lobi hotel berada di tingkat tiga, tetapi tingkat tiga di Chongqing mungkin adalah tingkat satu seperti yang kita fahami, hahaha. Hotel ini sangat berbaloi dengan wang, sangat disyorkan.

I had an incredible stay on the 28th floor! The room was exceptionally wide and spacious, giving us plenty of breathing room. The view of Chongqing from this height is absolutely spectacular, especially at night when the city lights up. Everything was sparkling clean, and the housekeeping did a fantastic job. The location is also perfect—there are so many great restaurants just a short walk away, making it easy to find something delicious at any hour. Highly recommended!

I want to love this hotel. Unfortunately I had a bad incident that ruin the first day of my holiday in chongqing. We booked 2 River view rooms for our family for 3 nights as we wanted somewhere special to celebrate our daughter’s birthday. As we were traveling with children, I checked several times with hotel before arriving that I wanted two side by side river rooms and even asked before booking which room type to book to fulfill this criteria. We checked in very late at 2.30am as we came off a light night flight totally exhausted, and could not see anything when we checked in as the view outside the room was dark. We unpacked and went to bed. Next morning, we woke up and realised that one of the rooms had a giant wall across completely blocking our view. It was unlike the video in trip that showed full length glass windows. One had to climb and stand up onto the sofa to see any view. We were too rushed for other plans so only managed to talk to reception on afternoon of second day and got a river view room late afternoon of second night when we highlighted. Feel that it’s not correct to give us the first night room with the wall completely blocking the view when we had booked a river view. It’s terrible as it ruined our first day at chongqing. Service recovery was not good. We were not given any special apology for staying one night in a hotel room with no view, or for the inconvenience and time wasted in packing and unpacking when we had to change room the next day. I have attached a photo, will let you decide if you think this is a river view room. Pros One of the staff member at reception was very helpful and I am grateful for his good service . The rest of service was very mixed. We asked hotel to help store our ice cream DQ cake as we were too full to finish the whole birthday cake at one sitting. When we got it back from hotel, the whole cake had melted, my daughter was crushed. Hotel is modern which is great. Location is mixed, it’s on way to hongyadong which is convenient. But hotel entrance is opposite a public toilet and noodle shop. Not sure why but several times there was a big commotion or argument opposite the hotel entrance between groups of people.

We enjoyed this beautifully design hotel very much. The room was very spacious and with lots of luxury and unexpected amenities (eg. Your own cocktails and free premium minibars ). The view from the room was lovely ( we upgraded to the river view room) The whole hotel was like an art gallery...just very unique and beautiful, and was in the middle of the tourist area... Please keep one thing in mind that you may have to walk some steps to get to the hotel coz no car was allowed to get to the front of the hotel, but it was worth it!

STAFF APPRECIATION: I would like to thank Xiao Yang, Xiao Yi, and Master Li for their care during my stay. They were kind, professional, warm, patient, and proactive. They were also incredibly accommodating with my inability to speak more than a little Chinese. Xiao Yang even made a point to speak English with me during breakfast and checkout. Master Li was very tolerant with my last-minute requests for pickup and drop off and Xiao Yi quickly located and added me on WeChat to allow us to chat more comfortably. As it was raining, she even met me by the car with an umbrella when I arrived. I felt quite pampered! DIRECTIONS: To reach the hotel requires a few transfers. It's not too troublesome and is well worth it! 1) I arrived at the Wulong South Railway 🚉 and followed the exit signs outside. 2) To the left was the large blue bus 🚌 mentioned by another reviewer. It will take you to the Fairy Mountain Visitor Center for 16 yuan. From here you can reach the most popular tourist destinations in Wulong to include the Three Bridges. 3) Outside the center you’ll find another blue fairy bus which will take you to the mountain itself for an additional 8 yuan. This bus will stop at the gate where tickets will be checked. Be sure to contact the hotel and give them your information before you set off because the cost of this ticket is included with your stay! They will reserve the ticket for you and send you confirmation and any relevant information. Otherwise, it is 50 yuan per person. 4) This bus will drop you off at a plaza with a few shops and the boarding platform for the scenic train. 🚂 Contact the hotel and someone will come to pick you up, as private vehicles are not permitted beyond this point. REVIEW: If availability and your budget permit, I cannot emphasize strongly enough how much it is worth it to splurge on the room with a 270-degree view of the property. I went on a foggy, wet weekend and still found the view incredible. The windows cover three walls. I can only imagine how amazing the sky must look on a clear night. The minibar has a good selection of free snacks and drinks and a sampling of the local tea. Meals are also served at the hotel. The cost is not low, but for the exclusivity of the location, I considered it more than fair compared to what I’ve paid elsewhere. Also, the dishes looked and tasted great. There are also vendors down the hill where the train and shops (show in the picture below) are located. Look for the sign identifying the train exit and go down the steps. These were the only places I saw to purchase food, drinks, or supplies once you pass the entrance to the mountain, so plan accordingly. By the way, tickets for the scenic train were included with the reservation as well. I highly recommend it. It stops at the grasslands and the horse stables. Now, I will allow the pictures to speak for me. TLDR: Multiple transfers lead to a place that is secluded and picturesque and right in the heart of the mountain. That means your dining choices will also be limited, but the meals provided (at a cost) were delicious. Tickets to the mountain and scenic train are included in the price. A photo session is included as well, but I did not utilize it. I recommend setting out earlier to miss the worst of the crowds. The staff is amazing and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The room with the 270-degree view offers the best experience. 10/10 recommend for those seeking quiet and the peace only nature can bring. 🏞

Lokasi yang bagus, terletak di antara 洪崖洞 dan 解放碑. Bilik saya mempunyai pemandangan 长江 yang baik dan luas. Perkhidmatan juga sangat baik: Saya mempunyai penghantaran bungkusan, dan kakitangan membantu saya menyelesaikan salah komunikasi.

Overall it was a pleasant stay and the service was good. The staff were polite and helpful, and check-in/out was smooth. The location is also convenient for getting around. However, the room lighting was a bit dark, and the furniture feels slightly old, so the room didn’t feel as refreshed as expected. Still a comfortable stay overall, but I hope the hotel can improve the lighting and update some furnishings in the future.

It was actually beautiful inside the hotel though around the building bit dirty cause this hotel is inside a building though it’s so near in hongyadong as in you just go straight and go down from the building that’s is I was shocked my order a little bit but when I get to my room it was so nice and clean they upgraded my room they let me do late check out the room was big and amazing all wifi and aircons hot water are perfectly good it’s just the outside of the hotel and the elevator going to your hotel since you gonna go through the restaurant and some of street food vendors but it’s so nice hotel .i never see the amenities but I think it was good cause my room was good though .

Lokasinya sangat baik, dengan pengangkutan yang mudah ke tempat-tempat tarikan berdekatan. Hotel ini terletak betul-betul bersebelahan dengan 81 Food Street dan Jiefangbei. Persekitaran sarapan pagi adalah mewah. Susun atur bilik sangat kreatif dan bertimbang rasa. Bilik di tingkat tinggi menawarkan pemandangan jalan dan pemandangan malam. Ia adalah pilihan yang bagus untuk penginapan. Hebat!

Perkhidmatan penerimaan tetamu hotel sangat baik, dan biliknya sangat bersih. 💖💖
