Kakitangan perkhidmatan juga sangat profesional. Sedikit perhatian, lobi hotel berada di tingkat tiga, tetapi tingkat tiga di Chongqing mungkin adalah tingkat satu seperti yang kita fahami, hahaha. KkiranskDefinitely would recommend this place, for couples. I realised this was meant for couples when I checked the bathroom and there were no locks lol. But it wasn't a problem for me anyway. The views are fantastic especially at sunset and at night when the city lights up in all its glory. Get the city+river view if you're traveling with your loved ones. The toilets are rather small, with no bidet. Everything else was fantastic. The protector required some android app to share the screen and it wouldn't work for whatever reason so we basically didn't use it much. Beds were clean, soft. Toiletries provided, even slippers and clogs. They also clean the rooms. Laundry room was near our rooms. Surrounded by small shops and there's a sky deck above. The hotel is actually inside the Union building on the 28th floor and the elevators can sometimes be a little crowded. It wasn't exactly easy to spot as there were no signages. Overall 8.5/10 would definitely recommend.

PPengguna TetamuI want to love this hotel. Unfortunately I had a bad incident that ruin the first day of my holiday in chongqing. We booked 2 River view rooms for our family for 3 nights as we wanted somewhere special to celebrate our daughter’s birthday. As we were traveling with children, I checked several times with hotel before arriving that I wanted two side by side river rooms and even asked before booking which room type to book to fulfill this criteria. We checked in very late at 2.30am as we came off a light night flight totally exhausted, and could not see anything when we checked in as the view outside the room was dark. We unpacked and went to bed. Next morning, we woke up and realised that one of the rooms had a giant wall across completely blocking our view. It was unlike the video in trip that showed full length glass windows. One had to climb and stand up onto the sofa to see any view. We were too rushed for other plans so only managed to talk to reception on afternoon of second day and got a river view room late afternoon of second night when we highlighted. Feel that it’s not correct to give us the first night room with the wall completely blocking the view when we had booked a river view. It’s terrible as it ruined our first day at chongqing. Service recovery was not good. We were not given any special apology for staying one night in a hotel room with no view, or for the inconvenience and time wasted in packing and unpacking when we had to change room the next day. I have attached a photo, will let you decide if you think this is a river view room. Pros One of the staff member at reception was very helpful and I am grateful for his good service . The rest of service was very mixed. We asked hotel to help store our ice cream DQ cake as we were too full to finish the whole birthday cake at one sitting. When we got it back from hotel, the whole cake had melted, my daughter was crushed. Hotel is modern which is great. Location is mixed, it’s on way to hongyadong which is convenient. But hotel entrance is opposite a public toilet and noodle shop. Not sure why but several times there was a big commotion or argument opposite the hotel entrance between groups of people.

PPengguna TetamuNestled in one of Chongqing’s oldest suburbs, this hotel is an aesthete’s dream. My arrival was smooth thanks to the porter and hotel staff who met me at the closest drop-off location. Having WeChat and adding the hotel was a lifesaver. While English wasn’t widely spoken (except by the manager), the staff always seemed to understand my needs and requests. They were incredibly attentive and friendly. The room was stunning, as shown in the pictures. It was spacious and meticulously designed, truly a dream to stay in. As part of the booking, they offered a complimentary photoshoot. This was a unique experience and I jumped at the chance. Zihao, my photographer, listened to my needs and captured some incredible shots. These photos are a cherished memory. The breakfast staff were so friendly and a delight to see in the mornings. Despite not speaking English, one of the girls made a real effort to communicate. I surprised the hotel manager by asking him to organise a last-minute driver for the whole day to a remote town. He had it organised within 30 minutes. Another example of exceptional service. The only downside is the nearest Didi drop-off location is a bit of a downhill walk to the hotel and back. It was fine for me but those with mobility issues might find it tiring. I’d definitely stay here again. It’s a beautiful sanctuary in such a fast-paced city. I can’t wait to return.

GGabi__1The best location! It’s directly across the road (behind) Hongyadong and close to so many nearby attractions. Lots of food options (directly downstairs when you exit, on the right is a beautiful noodle store). The metro is close by and there are so many shops, malls, markets and places to explore. The view from the hotel was beautiful, the room comfortably fit two people with large suitcases. The room was refreshed daily with towels and water. The staff were very helpful if we needed anything and were happy to receive and hold onto some parcels we had delivered until we arrived. The wifi was good and the water pressure and temperature was great. We’d happily stay here again! It was so affordable and central 👏🏼👏🏼

PPengguna Tanpa NamaExcellent service. Excellent location. Near the BRT (which we took only once). The service apartment is located in a block (that also had another hotel entrance), where the entrance to Fandiao is hidden from the main road. But aside from that, the building is noticeable and is the first tall building just before the viewing deck for the Qiansimen bridge and just before Hongyatong, as traffic flows (one way). My specific booking for this room was for a Saturday night - a one night extension - and we chose the Hongyatong view, as our original room was already booked. We could see the massive crowds from our window view out there at and around Hongyatong and on the Qiansimen Bridge on the May 1 weekend But the previous 4 nights, we were booked under my husband's name, and that room allowed us to see the drones show from the comfort of our large and beautiful room. That first room had a wall-to-wall window, that allowed us a view of the river, a block of apartments right in front of us, and some street views. There are pros and cons to different rooms. The drone show is on weekends. If you are not on weekends, the HongYa Tong view is nicer, but only my first room (which was much larger at 40 sq metres) had a long window seat which was lovely. I share a few photos, one with a view of Hongyatong (this booking, and from the other room, where we could see the drone show. Remember they are different rooms. But you could easily come downstairs and watch the drones from the little corner outside the lobby. There's still a crowd, but you could see the drones rising to the sky. The customer service was excellent, for some reason, we were first given paper disposable towels in our first room, and I rejected that for cloth towels which were then given to us. The reception is on the 19th floor, and all the service personnel were willing to please (communicate via WeChat, with translation). And always asked if there were things they could do. Some idiosyncrasies (from a Malaysian view). They have glasses in the room but no cups/mugs for making tea the conventional English way, but the customer service brought cups with handles when we asked for them. No tea or coffee sachets provided but there were bottles of water and soft drinks, which we didn't take. I think it may be the context where soft drinks (in th fridge) were deemed more suitable and glasses were provided more for soft drinks. I had brought some 3-in-1 coffee sachets all the way from home just in case, that seemed providential when we checked in. Corridors in front of the lifts on the floors are motion sensored, so we were at first surprised by the darkness when the lift opened, but we got used to it. You have to decide whether you support energy efficiency or not. 😂 All in, we had a memorable time in Chongqing, thanks also to Fandiao. I would go and stay again and recommend it. Just bear in mind that the road right in front of the hotel is closed to the traffic at night on weekends (and likely public holidays). Plenty of food nearby, and beautiful spots for photos. There's also a Lawson store across the bridge 100 metres away where we bought our sandwiches, buns, oden, and coffee, for snacks.
