酒店很乾凈整潔，工作人員服務態度很好。感覺比很多星級酒店的房間配置高，而且床品很舒適！就是酒店前台位置不太顯眼，不太好找，希望老闆可以改進一下

Location is great! Just 5mins walk to 龙湖天街 and metro station. There are plenty of restaurant downstair. Room is really clean, and we were upgraded to experience a better and bigger room. Price is also reasonable.

第一次入住松隅酒店 是在網上預訂的 首先看的就是評價 覺得評價還不錯 我就預訂了這家酒店 確實沒有讓我失望哦 前台小姐姐非常熱情的為我們辦理了入住 到了房間 覺得房間也還不錯哦 衞生打掃的很乾凈呢 乾濕分離做的也不錯 但是要小心台階哦 有小朋友老年人的都需要注意一下哦 由於太累啦 就不多説啦 想要體驗的就沖沖沖 總體來説住的不錯哦

Given the fligit into and out of Chong Qing was in the middle of the night, we decided to pick something near to the airport. This hotel was the perfect answer. 10-15 minutes taxi ride between airport terminal and hotel, free airport transfer services, very clean room, some good noodle places just around the corner of the hotel. And more importantly, super friendly and helpful hotel staff (both front desk and cleaning crew). They would really go all the way out to help with your travel needs and that really created a great starting impression of chong qing. Both my parents and myself would recommend this!

2nd times staying in the same hotel within a week. The hotel close to airport Terminal 1, if you landed in terminal 3 (international arrival), you may either taking China Rapid Transit to Yubei Square then walk for ~4 mins to reach the hotel. Walking from terminal 1 to hotel may take up to 10+ minutes. Simple breakfast provided by hotel is good and few varieties for you to choose. Rooms spacious and bathroom designed is practical.

The hotel is located in a nice quiet location near some restaurants and Luckin coffee. The staff are very helpful and friendly and the rooms are big and clean and beautiful. I recommend it to travellers in Chongqing.

I had a wonderful experience at Binle Hotel. The staff, particularly Monica, was incredibly kind and helpful. She gave me a lot of suggestions during my stay and even assisted me in receiving a package from Taobao. Her excellent service made my stay much more enjoyable.

The meal entitlement can be used any time in the day up until 7pm. The workers in the food serving area are helpful and hard working women who do their best to facilitate. As for the reception staff - the youngest of the women on there are totally useless, at least when it comes to assisting non-Chinese speakers. They are more concerned about making their face up and staring at their mobile phones. But while doing so they have certainly not mastered translation software to assist international guests at the hotel. However, there is a slightly older young women who is very hard working and uses her initiative to assist translation and works hard to provide an excellent service. If not for the her then, I would have categorised the reception girls as ‘pretty but extremely dim’. But that hard working, intelligent and hands-on practical young women was there and so she should be given her due credit. The place is clean, a good location with plenty of places to eat etc and very close to the metro station JinYu (walking distance).
