Ulasan Mercure ChongQing JieFangBei HongYa Cave

This was my second stay, and it was just as good as the first! They even met all my requests prior to check-in, which I really appreciated. The environment and transportation are both extremely convenient. I'll definitely choose this Mercure again if I have the chance to visit!

The hotel is conveniently located near public transport and many attractions. The rooms are clean and hygienic, and the breakfast is also good.

The location is super convenient! Delicious Street is right downstairs, and it's only a few hundred meters from Jiefangbei. Hongyadong is also just around the corner. A queen room with breakfast for 400 during peak summer season was a great deal. I guess because it's a city hotel, the rooms are a bit on the small and narrow side. The self-service laundry was excellent; the dryer got everything perfectly dry in 40 minutes, much better than my one at home. My only complaints are that there are too few washers and dryers, so you have to wait a long time, and you can't really leave while doing laundry, I had to run back and forth 5 or 6 times. Also, there aren't many elevators, and they stop on every floor, making them quite slow. Other than that, everything else was great!

Located right in the middle of many main attractions and malls, super convenient. You can easily walk to Jiefangbei pedestrian street and hongya cave. shibati, shancheng alley and baixiangju are also about 20 to 30mins walk. The room is clean and comes with a bidet for the toilet. Breakfast is good but it gets a bit repetitive. But the main entrance has a small flight of stairs so will have to carry luggage up. You will also need to cross a small road to board taxi as the main entrance has railings, but not much a big deal.

The front desk staff were very thoughtful. They prepared a welcome gift and proactively offered slippers and toothbrushes for the kids. The location is also excellent, making it convenient to get everywhere.

The room was great and the location is excellent, right next to Hongyadong. There's a street full of hotpot restaurants, and you can't go wrong with any of them. The customer service was also very good, and the room was clean. It's perfect for a family trip, highly recommend!

The smart room experience was fantastic; the room was clean and tidy, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom. The King Koil mattress was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep after a long day of walking. The soundproofing was also excellent. The 13th-floor buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and the authentic Chongqing noodles are a must-try! They cater to both Chinese and Western palates. The hotel also has a gym, a self-service laundry room, and even a delivery robot that brings food right to your door – lots of thoughtful details. Being on a high floor, the views are expansive, and you can take in the entire nightscape of Mountain City. Overall, it offers incredible value for money. The next time I visit Chongqing, Jiefangbei Hongyadong Mercure Hotel will definitely be my first choice. Highly recommended!

This was my second stay here, and it's super convenient for dining, drinks, and getting around. It's also very close to the light rail station. The service is excellent! This time, I brought my child, and they even provided snacks and mosquito repellent bracelets. The room also has a minibar, so it was amazing to have a cold drink in the scorching Chongqing heat~

The location is super convenient for getting around; it's just a short walk to the subway station and Jiefangbei Walking Street, and there are plenty of dining options nearby.
