Nice hotel, good service and the Chinese restaurant served a great dinner.

Room for families is spacious, quiet ambience, suitable if you are looking for relaxing,me-time moments. For kids, lots of activities can be done on 2nd floor (Xbox, playstations, game arcades, archery etc) A bit difficult to get foods outside especially if it rains most of the day. Air con in room were not reliable, you probably need to consider opening the window to get cool air. Didi hailing is easy and fast. It took approx. 6-7mins to get to visitor center (to get the wulong cave, karst, Longshui scenic etc tickets) . Restaurant in hotel, quite nice, price more or less the same with restaurant outside the hotel

Great service and lovely hotel decoration. I would recommend it for families and people who like to travel with friends as there is a arcade with a lot of activities including VR. The arcade manager was extremely friendly and patient!

Got upgraded to a suite . The hotel is super clean . It has a lovely Japanese Garden . Pity didn’t have enough time to enjoy the beautiful hotel .

Very nice hotel. Tour guide told me it’s fairly new. Breakfast was also nice.

Cosy and room comes with floor heating. Clean. Bed is comfortable but pillows are too soft. We chose the hotel as it was beautifully designed, it still is after seeing it in person, but requires more maintenance to the property. There was a small water leakage at the window during the rain on our last night. As it was the low season with difficulty getting Didi, hotel kindly ferried us with their hotel car to a nearby restaurant and the tourist centre (limited to 1 ride per day) Hotel buffet has a good variety and dining area is spacious. Staff is hospitable and replies promptly to queries via WeChat. Overall recommended, and hope that the maintenance work will be improved.

Excellent hotel with everything you might need, great location with transfers to the visitor centre and the nature spots. Sauna was nice too.

New hotel with tasteful interior decor. Has all the amenities required for a pleasant stay. Good breakfast spread. Walking distance to shops serving bbq meat for super. Enjoyed the experience and would recommend to anyone who intends to stay at Fairy Mountain.

Beautifully designed hotel. Very clean and comfy. Is was off season and very quiet but we loved the hotel.
