The room was very clean and the environment was super comfortable 😋. We even received a small gift upon check-in, and the front desk staff was very friendly. When we needed cleaning, they came to tidy up immediately after we contacted them. It was a very pleasant stay overall!

The room was spacious and clean, the hot spring bath was very comfortable, and the river view was also great. The disinfection and hygiene were excellent, with disinfectant alcohol and disposable bath bags provided. It's definitely the top choice for a trip to Chongqing, perfect for couples, families with kids, and enjoying the scenery.

This was my first time staying at a hotel with a private hot spring, and the environment was lovely. The room was clean, spacious, and bright. Facilities: Very comprehensive. Cleanliness: Clean and hygienic. Environment: Convenient transportation, and the floor-to-ceiling windows with river views are very comfortable. Service: Excellent service, 24-hour availability. It's very suitable for families or couples traveling, and the hot springs are quite comfortable and clean too.

I can only say this hotel is absolutely amazing! It took me a long time to find such a unique hotel with stunning river views. The front desk staff and the housekeeping aunties were all incredibly nice. As soon as you enter, there are unlimited free iced drinks, which shows how much attention they pay to details. Both the lobby and the rooms are super photogenic, perfect for Instagram. Last night, during the thunderstorm in Chongqing, lying in bed with the curtains open, the view was truly something else! Highly recommend! For fans of TEEN TOP (Times Fengjun Family), you can also stay here, as it's right next to Chongqing International Plaza! I'll definitely recommend this place to my friends next time they visit.

The environment is great, right next to the Yangtze River Bridge. You can enjoy the river view right from your bed. However, there were some strange noises in the middle of the night, which was a bit scary for someone staying alone. The service was excellent; the front desk staff were very gentle and patient, trying their best to meet any requests. The cleanliness was a bit average, but it didn't affect my stay. They also gave a welcome gift, which was very Chongqing-specific and a nice touch! 🥰 Overall, the experience was very good. The decor is quite luxurious and perfect for taking photos.

Regarding the noise you mentioned, there is a small refrigerator in the room. When plugged in, the high power consumption can cause noticeable noise in quiet conditions at night. Simply turning it off will resolve this issue. As for the cleanliness you mentioned, since our hotel has been open for three years, some fixtures in the room have stubborn stains that are difficult to remove. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Our front desk is available 24 hours a day, and we regret that we were unable to receive your feedback and resolve your issue immediately. That was something! I have a apartment on 25th floor with amazing view and bathup near the window. Everything was great. However I need to mention that usuning this bathup is not like on instagram (maybe good) and foreign phones will have a problem with wi fi connection and projector connection.

Staying at the Yolo Private Hot Spring Designer Hotel (Nanbin Road Branch) was a great overall experience. The hotel has a designer aesthetic, with a simple yet elegant environment. Fantastic! The service was excellent, the staff were all very kind and accommodating, always ready to help with anything. I was also pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful little gifts, some Chongqing souvenirs – I really loved them! My only minor feedback is that some of the corners in the hotel weren't as clean as they could be. I hope this can be addressed.

This stay was absolutely fantastic! The room was incredibly clean, and the river view was perfect for photos. They even gave us a welcome gift, which was a lovely touch. The night view was breathtaking too. Plus, it's super convenient to get to Longmenhao and Xiahao Old Street. The staff were all really friendly and helpful, and the natural light in the room was amazing. Overall, a truly wonderful experience.

The room facilities were dilapidated, with peeling paint on all the stools. The private onsen's cleanliness was questionable, full of stains. The bedding clearly wasn't properly sanitized, a concern for female guests.

We regret that we were unable to receive your feedback on the issues you described regarding the room during your stay, and therefore were unable to communicate and resolve the problems in a timely and effective manner. The hot tub in the room is made of white terrazzo. The discoloration was due to flower petals used by many guests, which caused staining and made it difficult to clean completely. However, the room is disinfected daily during cleaning, and alcohol and disposable bathtub liners are provided in the room. Regarding your report at 5:00 AM on the day of your check-in that your roommate was experiencing rectal bleeding due to the use of the hotel towel, we advised your roommate to go to the hospital for a check-up. We will not touch or move any items in the room. After your check-up, you returned to the room to rest. When the hotel inquired about the results, you did not mention the hotel towel or hygiene issues again, indicating that the hospital's test results were unrelated to your speculation. The next day, you checked out late at 2:30 PM and did not pay the late check-in fee. Considering your lack of rest in the early morning, the hotel made a special application to waive the late check-in fee. We value every guest's experience and feedback and strive to improve our service communication in every situation. Thank you again for your stay!
