We have booked 3 rooms for 5 pax, my sisters (couple) & parent choose the standard queen room, and i get tatami room for myself. The location is super, just opposite to Raffle, and most of the sceneary and restaurants are just walking distance. The best thing to highlight is the Service and hospitality. We feel so welcomed and homey.

Great service from the receptionist. Room is clean and comfortable. Nice sunrise view from my room 819. Great location. Metro located just downstairs of the building. Highly recommended.

Stayed for a week at this hotel. Staff were so kind. The room was well maintained and furnishings were new and clean. It is a minute walk to the metro and shopping centre. Will stay again!

The loft room layout does not make any sense. Additional flight of stairs to the bed area means you have to carry your suitcase up. The bath pool is too big , uncomfortable and unnecessary. Takes hours to fill it up. Room is also very dirty with stained floors and carpet. The premium against the king or queen room doesn’t justify it at all. Feels like this should be the cheapest room. Really absolutely disgusting and bathrooms and toilet smells of undrained water. Highly do not recommend.

Very great location right beside Chao Tian Men Station and directly opposite Raffles City. The hotel is on the 7 and 8 floor of a building. The building have many other hotels therefore waiting for lift might be a little slow. Reception is very kind and helpful and friendly. The room does not have fridge. Housekeeping is done daily. Very good. Will stay again if I return to Chong Qing

Very good location, just next to metro station. Hotel was pretty good, apart from bad water flow in toilet. Anyway, still a very good choice for the paid price.

Good location, walkable distance to many tourist spots and didi is cheap. Provides laundry service but not sure if they used detergent for it because our clothes smell and we provided our own detergent to wash. Staff are friendly and willing to re-wash our clothes. Room’s heater is very efficient but the room is warm without it anyway. Water heater takes quite some time to heat up and temperature is hard to control (either too hot or just cold water). “Gym” is just 3 machines beside the front desk, in the lobby. Bedsheet was only arranged but not changed during our 4 days 3 nights stay.

I expected the hotel to be dirty due to the reviews, but it turned out to be really clean! It’s a really pretty room and comfortable to stay in! :) the room is always cleaned well, by the time I came back again. I really recommend! But as I was a solo traveller, it was pretty eerie to wait at the lobby alone (my room was not on the same level as the front desk). My view from my room! Also, it is within 3 mins walking distance to Raffles City Mall.

Pros - Great location. The subway is on the basement floor of the same building, very convenient. Just across the street from Raffles city and the pier where you can get a good river view. If you like shopping you must love this location. - Good service. Nice receptionist. 24 hr front desk. - They do daily cleaning. A bit too much in my opinion because they replace everything everyday. - Nice room. Room looks new. Spacious. Nice lighting. Good amenities. Superb view. Cons - I got the room with Rafflles city view. Unfortunately, the street is noisy with horn honking. It feels loud because we were on 7th floor, and in winter you have to open the window for the air to come in. So better bring earplugs. - The bathroom and toilet's doors are transparent glasses :( Maybe it's common for China but it's very inconvenient when you travel with friend or family. We couldn't use bathroom/toilet the same time because we will see everything. Makes getting ready slower.
