The room service was excellent. Nearby amenities seems to come alive after dark as mostly were drinking places. Just a 5 mins walk next to the hotel, there is a row of bbq shops. We had bbq skewers and a Chongqing draft beer. Great for late night supper.

It was clean and nice. The pool was being repaired during our stay which was a bummer. The breakfast was not bad.

The hotel is fine. Location is great, lots of bars, bistros, restaurants nearby. But away from the busy touristy centre. Some construction noise in the morning though. And the lift is really slow. But apart from that: great value for money.

Hi, globally the staying was quiet. Clean room. Good location close to métro station However, the service is not very satisfying. The staff at the lobby know how to provide proper service to native chinese speakers. However, when it's about non chinese speakers, they don't feel confident or they lack the English skills to provide a satisfying quality of service. I did not appreciate how they all looked so unavailable to ensure my needs were being satisfied properly. It was the case when I asked questions about : - Wi-Fi password (no instructions written provided in English and not making sure I was able to connect before they cut the line). It asked twice to lobby and then to a staff in the Corridor. They did not show me on smartphone how to connect to wifi. - laundry service. Instructions on Washing machine are confusing. Nothing indicates its automatic and should be used without touching setting buttons ir where to put clean liquid and where to put the softener liquid. Also nothing says about the time where an employee working at laundry would he available. If your staff gets too Manu questions from customers, have 1 staff member only for FAQ. The lobby staff of check in check out should je focused on the customer in front not all customers from every where. It feels like a restaurant so far the way your staff interact. ----- Now, another thing about the hôtel. When I checked in the bedroom. The Window was open. It clearly says the Windows should be closed to prevent mosquitoes getting inside the bedroom. I suppose the staff in charge of cleaning left it open. Anyway, there was a few of flyers in the bedroom. About the elevator number, the staff was telling me to take elevator number 3 to Access my bedroom. However, the number of elevator is written in chinese and not in digital number or English. This lack of English version make it confusing for non chinese speakers. I met a few foreigners who were lost, confused just like me. Finally there was an elevator in the middle where customers could call and access but it was under construction. Not safe, not professionnal at all. Please ban this use of elevator. Make it clear for every one. Last thing, if your hôtel is only for chinese speakers make it clear. The trip application says your staff can speak multiple languages which is absolutely note the case. Also the sockets provided in bedroom don't have any international sockets so i could not use my charger without adapter to use my laptop. Kind regards

The room is very nice , contains boil hot water pot and little kitchen, contains safety box for a $40 hotel per night That is amazing . Breakfast Service is very good , more than 30 choices buffet breakfast is delicious and healthy food. Highly recommend this hotel to every one .

Pleasant hotel at good location with restaurants.and small bars around. Breakfast was mediocre. My biggest complaint is the long waiting time for the elevators. A reinot to choose this hotel in future. Make sure when checking in to get a room on a floor below the 19th floor so you can use another set of elevators.
