I wholeheartedly recommend this IU Hotel! Its location is exceptionally well-chosen, nestled right in the heart of Chongqing's Guanyinqiao business district. You can literally step downstairs and walk a few paces directly to the Guanyinqiao stations for both Light Rail Line 3 and Line 9, making transfers incredibly convenient. It's a breeze whether you're exploring city attractions or just need to get around quickly. The hotel is also right next to the 'Delicious Street' (Haochi Jie) and major shopping malls, so shopping and dining options are all covered. The room was clean and bright, with excellent housekeeping, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, making for a superb stay. The front desk staff were warm and friendly, check-in was efficient and quick, and any requests were promptly addressed. Overall, the facilities are complete, the environment is quiet and not noisy, and the value for money is outstanding. This is my top choice for staying in Chongqing, and I'll definitely book here again on my next trip!

Centrally located in a bustling area. The sheets and duvet covers were all fresh, and I felt very comfortable using the disposable amenities. I especially liked their green tea bags – very tasty! The service was good, and both the hot water and air conditioning worked perfectly. The price was quite reasonable. Highly recommend staying here!

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I really should have checked the online reviews before booking. Stepping into the hotel felt like walking into Chungking Mansions in Hong Kong, 😂. Don't trust the room photos online; they're heavily filtered and taken with an ultra-wide-angle lens. The room was tiny, probably around 10 to 12 square meters. The cleanliness was questionable; there was severe water seepage on the walls that hadn't been repaired. Right outside the door was an emergency exit, and a trash can was emitting a foul odor. There's also a public restroom in the hallway, and it reeked of urine when passing by. With over 700 online reviews, more than 50 of them are negative, yet the owner still hasn't made any improvements, clearly relying on the prime location. However, for the same price or just a little more, the nearby hotels are significantly better. This truly showcases the complete dereliction of duty by the hotel manager, the owner's utter disregard, and chaotic management.

This is a great hotel! I booked it randomly online and was pleasantly surprised. I was happy with everything from check-in to check-out. The hotel's location is excellent; both Line 3 and Line 9 of Guanyinqiao station are just a short walk away, which is super convenient. My navigation seemed to go haywire as soon as I arrived in Chongqing, but I guess that's understandable for a mountain city, haha. If you get lost, you can call the front desk, and the staff there will patiently help you with directions. The room was well-equipped. I booked a smaller room, which offered great privacy. Everything was provided, and most items were disposable, which I really appreciated as it eliminates any hygiene concerns. There's also plenty to do around Guanyinqiao; Beicheng Tianjie, Xingguang 68, and Yanghe Li are all within walking distance, so you don't have to go far for food, drinks, or entertainment. Overall, I highly recommend it!

Facilities: Very complete with hot water, air conditioning, disposable face towels, and toilet seat covers – everything is available. Cleanliness: It's a very clean chain hotel, so I felt reassured staying here. I saw the cleaning staff tidying up very carefully. Environment: It's located upstairs in the Sunshine City building, right in the center of Guanyinqiao commercial area, very convenient. It's right by the Guanyinqiao bridge, next to Hong La Jiao (Red Pepper restaurant). Service: The front desk staff were very enthusiastic. There are many snack streets downstairs, and shopping is also very convenient. The popular photo spot, Beicheng Tianjie, is right downstairs – very nice. It offers great value for money. Liziba light rail station (famous for the train passing through a building) and Jiefangbei are both nearby. Xiahaoli is a bit further away.

Downstairs, there's a 'Delicious Street' and other commercial streets, perfect for shopping and entertainment. You can also check out the nearby Taiping Art Street for some great photo opportunities. The room itself was clean and tidy, with all the necessary amenities. Overall, it offers excellent value for money. Highly recommend everyone to give it a try!

The hotel's location is excellent. Right downstairs is Guanyinqiao Station, with both Line 3 and Line 9, and across the street are Beicheng Tianjie and Starlight 68. The night views are stunning. There was also a large HD TV, high-speed private Wi-Fi, and bedside charging outlets. Even smaller details like the hairdryer and disposable toiletries were thoughtfully included, covering all daily living needs. The hotel is right next to a light rail station, making it very convenient to get to Jiefangbei and Hongyadong. Guanyinqiao Food Street is just a short walk away, offering a wide variety of Chongqing snacks at your fingertips. Located in a bustling commercial area, it offers incredible value for money. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Chongqing and highly recommend it to other travelers.

The location is excellent, with a light rail station, popular photo spots, and plenty of shopping and local snacks downstairs. Service: I really appreciate the warmth and straightforwardness of Chongqing girls. Great value for money and a central location.

The room was clean and hygienic, with many disposable amenities, which was very convenient. Room service was incredibly prompt; even for a simple request like an extra bottle of water or a toiletries set, it was delivered within minutes. Upon checkout, the front desk thoughtfully inquired about my stay. This attentive and perfectly balanced service made my trip exceptionally warm and pleasant. Definitely five stars!

This hotel was surprisingly good for my first stay here! First off, the service was excellent. The young lady at the front desk was very kind and made check-in and check-out super fast. She also patiently explained all the fun things to do nearby. Secondly, the location is fantastic – the Light Rail Line 3 and Line 9 are right downstairs, making it incredibly convenient to get around. We actually used it to explore on our first day, which saved us a lot of travel time. As for the room, all the amenities were disposable, which meant everything was clean and hygienic. The hot water was quick, and the AC worked perfectly. Finally, there's so much to do in the area! Right across the street is Starlight 68, known as 'Chongqing's Little Hong Kong,' and the night view there is absolutely stunning. I highly recommend this place!

Location is convenient enough for GYQ, but there is only really 2 elevators for a 30 story building so it’s routine to wait a long time for the lift. Rooms are average, but decent enough. There are better options than this, and unless you have your heart set on GYQ there are many better locations also. I wouldn’t bother staying here again but like I say it’s not awful

Quite heavy smell in the room. I think the smoker next to us smoke. Bad experience that I can listen the next door talking. However good view from our room that can see a nice view.
