good location, clean rooms. it was pleasant to stay. but the front desk staff couldn't speak no English, and were bit inhospitable

The service at Gangsen is very good. Su Su at the front desk is very considerate. She also prepared a special breakfast for us when we sent us to the airport at 6 o'clock. I give it a thumbs up.

I stayed at Gangsen Hotel on my last night in Chongqing. The hotel was very quiet and clean. The front desk lady was very gentle. It was a very satisfying stay.

The layout of the room is good, with a simple style. There is no bathtub in the bathroom. Other hardware facilities are good. Parking is convenient and free. The lobby feels a bit creative. The service is good, but takeaways are not allowed to be delivered to the floor, and no delivery robots were seen. It would be safer if you swipe your card to go to the room.

The hotel staff are quite enthusiastic, especially Qiuqiu and Qingqing, which make people feel comfortable. The environment is also OK, clean and sanitary.
