We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced, and the entire hotel staff is deeply sorry! Due to the recent peak summer stay, the hotel is fully booked daily, and rooms are in short supply. One of the housekeepers had to take a leave of absence due to a family emergency, leaving the hotel a bit short-staffed that day. She may have been anxious to clean the room, resulting in a less than thorough cleaning. We will retrain the housekeepers in the near future and will also be hiring peak season staff to prevent this from happening again. Going forward, our management will also prioritize cleanliness, conducting double and triple inspections of rooms, striving to ensure every room is spotless and tidy, providing a superior guest experience.
