The hotel is very close to everything! The location is within the city center and the food street. Walking distance to World Financial Center and also Hongyadong. The beds are comfortable and the front desk on duty is very nice. I don't know her name but her ID number is 18号。 Really good experience for the price!

Location is really convenient to enjoy all famous sight seeing spots by walk , near to subway station as well. Staff was really nice and cooperative, allowed check in before the mentioned time. Good to go

The front desk staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful for staff no. (11) . I stay at 29 floor with good view. Clean up everyday. Hotel location is very good, close to walking street just one step. You can enjoy Chongqing food on walking street. Close to clock tower , Jiafangbei.

The location is perfect, walking distance to everything. It’s great value for money.
The front desk ladies have all been very helpful and kind. There’s a number of them with code names, 11, 18 and 33 I believe. Will definitely come back!

The location is perfect. You are surrounded by restaurants, shops and it’s walkable to some of the big tourist attractions. There is also a metro station a sort 5 minute walk from the hotel.
The room was large, clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and it was quiet so easy to get a good nights sleep.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
The only negative to the hotel is that it’s in a shared building that only has 2 elevators. One of which only goes up the first few floors that includes the hotel reception, but the room I was on was on the 29th floor which only 1 of the elevators reached and you could often wait a long time for it to arrive.
Other than it could do with extra elevators the hotel is a great base to explore the city. The location couldn’t be much better.
