Room and toilet is clean and big enough for 4pax. Nice view from balcony. Hotel buggy service is very good and prompt. Environment is so cozy and I definitely will come back !

Well, enjoyed the staying in the mountain at his time , everything was fantastic , the services, the staff desk, the breakfast, the environment ....the room and mountain view especially thanks to Miss Liu for helping us and to upgrade our room after she talked with the manger and his approval to ⁸upgrade ,she was supper nice with a good manar and proficinal ,well done Miss Liu...will for sure visit next time ...if there were more than 5 star i give 10 star for sure :-)

The room size is big enough for a family of four and equipped with all basic amenities needed. The views from the hotel are amazing. Would love to pay a visit again.

We had a very nice weekend in this hotel. I would like to praise 小代 co-worker. She met us at the check in and supported all our holiday. Since we are foreigners, she offer for us a bit more individual experience, shared her Wechat and kept a very good contact with us keeping us informed about everything what we might need. That was very good and I very happy with such service, well done!

Comfy and spacious rooms, love the food at the restaurant nearby, nice little farm with alpacas. Only thing that bothered us that police came to check on us because we’re foreigners and asked the same information that we already provided for the hotel

Firstly, if you are a foreigner entering and checking in at the hotel, then please ensure you can speak chinese or have a chinese friend to go with you. The process entering the park itself at the foot of the mountain is extremely frustrating and then upon checking, even more of a challenge as the staff spend ages looking at every single page of your passport and taking 3000 photos of it. The resort is perfectly situated which was the highlight of our stay as well as the BBQ restaurant on premises that make the absolute best beef soup. The animals around the area are gorgeous, however their horses had no water all day long and were tied up in the open sun. The horses were not taken care of and looked quite sad.

酒店地勢優越，環境優美，宛如仙境。 園區內車行道工作人員早早滴撒鹽除雪，保障了行走及行車安全。 去滑雪場有VIP通道，刷房卡即可，坐小火車有接送服務。 早餐豐盛（個人原因很多糕點未取），午餐和晚餐可以在酒店吃，份量很足。 不過設施有點點陳舊，寫字枱配一把座椅就好了。 特別感謝前台小林，服務周到細緻，回覆及時。

第一次來仙女山，聽別人介紹，訂了華邦酒店🏨，前台小姐姐 小吳一直全程幫忙，告知路線，預約擺渡車，很貼心的服務，簡直是冬天裏的一抹暖陽。酒店設施齊全，強烈推薦朋友們來。1月的仙女山，雪景特別美，驚艷了我們。

非常非常糟糕的體驗。攜程訂房1470元，晚上睡覺發現被套上有血跡，打電話到前台，20分鐘沒任何處理，20分鐘後再催來一個大姐説不行就幫我們換下床單。全程沒任何前台經理介入，10點15打完前台電話，到11點多在我非常憤怒的情況下，前台客服經理終於出現。説第二天給我處理意見，第二天給我處理的意見是給我送一份伴手禮，本人拒絕了。整個過程，糟心的衞生體驗，糟心的客服服務，以及第二天所謂的處理都是非常不負責。床單帶血，如此嚴重的衞生問題，整個酒店的反應和處理和它宣傳的定位完全不匹配。附帶血床單和與酒店客服微信截圖（部分），本人對事情過程和真實性承擔全部後果。

非常滿意，果然貴有貴的道理，我房間訂錯了，想訂園景標間的，訂成單間了，前台小楊非常耐心的給我換成了園景標間，速度特別快，這裏給小楊點個贊，特別熱心，態度也很好。 然後我們住的1號樓，有地暖，房間很暖和，離大草原大概就100來米的樣子，沒有比這更方便的了，酒店的早餐也特別豐富，味道也很好。雖然有點小貴，但是位置特別棒，房間也很乾凈整潔，還有陽台，看出去風景很漂亮，服務也很好，明年去滑雪準備再訂這家，確實值得！！對了，酒店附近還有個小童遊樂場，也很不錯，親子一定要選這家！

酒店環境感覺有點年頭了，過道隔音效果確實不太理想，説話的聲音聽得非常清楚。但是酒店的服務沒得説，到達有工作人員幫忙提行李，一路上會告知用餐地點和時間。提前一天也有工作人員聯繫，告知導航路線，入住期間也會詢問是否需要添加用品，房間温度是否合適，在這裏表揚前台小楊👍。酒店地理條件也不錯，離核心景點大草原很近，3分鐘就到。酒店早餐也挺豐富，米粉好吃😋下次帶娃來仙女山的話還是首選華邦！

酒店位置特別好，外環境無敵，不敢想下雪的話會有多麼爽！來回都有擺渡車車可以送，很方便。酒店還可以直接到大草原，房間很寬敞暖和，浴缸舒服，設施齊全，有個很大的陽台。 早餐很豐富，味道也不錯。 小楊服務特別周到有求必應，微信也是秒回，態度特別好～還幫我把丟了的身份證親自送回來給我！太感謝啦！！！希望以後還有機會來

酒店房間暖氣足，早餐廳食物也挺多味道還可以，前台的小劉服務好，酒店裡面有紅楓石林和萌寵樂園，可以玩遊樂設施，也可以開卡丁車（一大一小一車100元一圈三分鐘）🫣周邊散步也很愜意，有通道直達大草原非常棒。
