The service was excellent and the location was great. People from Chongqing are really warm and welcoming!

The hotel boasts a beautiful environment and a prime location with convenient transportation. It's surrounded by a food street offering many delicious options, and is close to Jiefangbei and Hongyadong, which have been super crowded lately. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the staff are very enthusiastic and happy to help with anything. The breakfast is abundant. The facilities are user-friendly, and the internet is fast with a good signal. The view from the window is lovely. They even offer a special turndown service. The hotel offers good value for money, and I'll definitely stay here again. Complimentary tea is available at the front desk, and since it's been raining a lot recently, umbrellas can be borrowed, which is very convenient and thoughtful. The hotel rooms are very spacious, and the hot water pressure is great, making for a comfortable shower experience. The room's cleanliness is also impeccable, and the bed is very comfortable. It was a fantastic stay. The hotel is located in the city center, making shopping very convenient. The lobby is luxuriously decorated, offering guests an expansive view upon entry. The staff are also very warm and almost always grant guests' requests. It's a highly recommended hotel.

This was a genuine review, and overall, I didn't have any particularly bad experiences. 1. **Environment:** It was decent. The water pressure was good, and there was 24-hour hot water. The bed was quite soft, with double pillows (one for leaning, one for sleeping). 2. **Cleanliness:** It was standard and acceptable, though there's still a bit of a gap compared to chains like HUAZHU. 3. **Location:** Overall okay. I initially thought it would be noisy, but it turned out to be fine and didn't affect my sleep.

Absolutely thrilled with my stay, five stars without a doubt! The hotel's location is fantastic, super close to the metro station and main attractions. There are plenty of great restaurants and shops nearby, and catching a taxi is a breeze. Our room was spotless – the bedding and towels were pristine, with no strange smells, and the bathroom was perfectly clean, no water stains or hair anywhere. It felt incredibly reassuring to stay here. They had everything we needed: the A/C worked perfectly, WiFi was fast, and the mattress was just right, ensuring a great night's sleep. Every staff member, from the front desk to housekeeping to the restaurant, was incredibly warm and polite. Check-in and check-out were handled efficiently by the front desk, who also went out of their way to recommend local eats and sights. They even helped us store our luggage after check-out. A truly wonderful experience!

Everything was perfect , only one thing " they published WESTERN BREAKFAST " and they don't have anything about western breakfast, only chinese breakfast, just because of this i will not talk against the hotel , the staff was very friendly, they go an extra mile to make sure you feel confortable and they help you in any way you need it, from 1 to 10 i give them 10

Hmm, the room size in the central area was pretty good. We stayed for 3 days in total. The first day, which was during the weekend, we had a twin room. Then, after two days of sightseeing, we returned and stayed in a family suite. Wow, the experience in the family suite was excellent! Although it was a bit more expensive, it was genuinely very comfortable. If your budget allows, I truly recommend their family rooms. The space is huge, and after a tiring day of walking, it's just so refreshing to rest there. It genuinely feels like home, which is quite rare, and we slept wonderfully. When traveling, especially after getting tired from walking in Chongqing, having a comfortable hotel to rest in is fantastic. Also, when we needed to go to the airport at the end, this place served as a very convenient transit point. A taxi ride was only 35 minutes, and the fare wasn't expensive, just about 35 yuan. Moreover, finding food here was incredibly convenient. The hotel's wall recommendations for sights and eateries were all perfect; our appetites were great, and we didn't have to search far for food. The main thing was that the taste was good, and the prices weren't high. We tried Xiaomian, the 'bench noodles' from Shibati, and Ba Jiangjun Hotpot – we ate all three, and wow, it was truly amazing! Chongqing cuisine really makes you want to keep coming back. For those who might get tired of spicy food, I think having breakfast at the hotel is very suitable, because you can't eat spicy food every single day. For breakfast, you can have appropriate, less spicy options at the hotel like congee, cakes, fruits, rice noodles, and noodles. I stayed here for 3 days and had breakfast here for all 3 days.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Jiefangbei, and the room was very quiet, not noisy at all. The front desk lady was also very helpful and proactively upgraded our room. The hotel's cleanliness is also very good, and the disposable amenities are complete. I suggest adding a disposable toilet seat cover.

I booked for two nights. The first night was terrible because my window faced Jiefangbei Pedestrian Street, and they were setting up exhibition stands downstairs all night long. It was so noisy I couldn't sleep. The second night was okay, but that first night was just unbelievable, there's no other way to describe it. After a full day of sightseeing, I really didn't want to deal with it. Plus, when I checked in, the front desk didn't seem to realize I had upgraded my room for free using points on Ctrip. I'm not sure if it was a system issue or something else.
