Had a really nice stay here. Staff super helpful and available at any time through WeChat. Room was really good and clean. Only thing to call out is that for a foreigner might be hard to identify. You need to go to the building in the photo and go up to the 18th floor!

The hotel service is excellent. Our family came from Hong Kong and couldn't find our way. The hotel added us on wechat and sent us the location. The service was very good. There is also a laundry room on the tenth floor. The surrounding environment and security of the hotel are both very good! Next time I have the chance to come back to Chongqing, I will stay here again. The Chongqing Grand Hall is very magnificent! Chongqing is worth visiting!

Nice room with a tatami bed, nice view over the buildings. However the mattress is a bit hard and we can hear the cars honking. It wasn’t too disturbing for us.

Really good hotel. Service was incredible. Good location and service. I would only change that the shower smelled like extreme pee. Aside from that the hotel was excellent

The hotel is in a great location, with two nearby metro stations: Zhengjiayan and Niujiaotuo. Food is readily available on almost every corner, especially the popular Mala Hot Pot. To avoid climbing the overhead bridge, it’s more convenient to use Zhengjiayan Station (Green Line 2) instead of Niujiaotuo Station (Blue Line 3). Staff are friendly and helpful. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

There is no Hotel signage. It’s on the 18th floor of this building. Otherwise everything was good. Can contact the reception number for directions when you are lost.

Everything perfect! I loved the fact that every day they bring you new bottles of water, toothpaste and toothbrush. The staff is really kind and helpful. We really thank 金怡轩 for his kindness 🥰 and all the other staff. Amazing stay in Chongqing. I really recommend this hotel.

Good customer service experience, great staff the rooms are huge and clean. It’s an excellent experience and ideal location to visit chongqing. The subway is just few walk away and it has a serene environment. Would highly recommend it when visiting Chongqing.

I had a great stay at 云端书舍酒店! The front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful, especially Xiao Wang. She was absolutely amazing! When my charger broke, she kindly lent me hers, and she always gave me great suggestions and information about places to visit in Chongqing. Her hospitality really made my trip more enjoyable. The hotel itself is conveniently located in the middle of the city, and easy to go to everywehere. The nearest metro station is about a 10-minute walk away, and there’s so many restaurants and place to eat within 5 minutes by walk ~. I’d definitely stay here again next time I’m in Chongqing!

The hotel looks really great inside. It was a little harder to find since the lobby is on the 18th floor, and I haven't seen any sign downstairs, but otherwise great! And see the view from my window 😍 They even sent a forgotten item to me to a different city, so thank you, Xiaowang 😊

Friendly and helpful hotel staff. It’s a ~5-10 min walk from the subway, but if you don’t mind this, it’s a nice place to stay.

Very friendly and helpful staffs. They scan your WeChat so you can contact them anytime you need. Place is 10mins drive away from city center Jiefangbei pedestrian street. There are lots of small local restaurants and shops around the hotel. The hotel is on 18th floor of the building.

Really nice and cosy hotel, with a good location (near metro line 2) and also quite a pretty view. The staff is very nice and helpful! Just be aware that most rooms have transparent bathroom doors so it can get a bit awkward when travelling with friends, but it’s not really a problem, it was quite funny for us. We recommend if you’re visiting Chongqing!

Good value for money. However, it was hard to find as it was on the 18th floor. This was not mentioned. The room was not very clean: it smelled of smoke, the floor was sticky, and some furniture felt unclean. We did like the location and the view, it is only a 10 minute walk from the metro station. For this price, we would still recommend.
